I'm unable to pay by my international credit card, each and every time. I dont know what happed. I'm using the same card for other service in the same hotel, but I'm unable to pay the front desk.

If staff knew some English

I liked the location and the way staff tried to treat guest. However most of them did not understand English despite the fact that there were lots of international travelers

The location is poor. Nothing to eat or see. The locations only saving grace is it is nearby a metro station, easily accessible to the main attractions. The staff speak little English, which is fine, but to help communication, there should be something in English and other languages explaining FAQs. For example, directions to the metro.

Hotel is excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and breakfast is great value for money. Staff are friendly. Hotel is walking distance to Shahe metro station. Line 6 takes you straight to Beijing Road, and short distance by metro to Canton Tower.

They have hidden charges. Laundry has to be paid as extra for 50rmb, breakfast also got me pay extra . Otherwise the hotel in its own is fine. Also they mad me pay extra as a security deposit which wasn’t refunded when I was checking out . I was told that they will get a refund of the balance in 1 month and I’m still waiting for that

They have a very comfortable bed . I would just recommend them to be selling a bundle that includes everything from the room + Breakfast + Laundry

Location was a bit inaccessible - needed to take a taxi to the subway station.

Very comfortable and modern building, staff were helpful and most spoke English. They gave us directions on how to get to the subway station and where to shop and eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, good amenities. Really appreciate having a floor for self-serve laundry.

They started clearing breakfast away at 09h50 which meant we only got to eat what we could grab as they literally were taking it away as we were trying to serve ourselves .. we had been informed that breakfast closed at 10am, I know, but 10am is 10am and not 09h50 !!!!

Everything was perfect and so clean and the beds so comfortable , rooms very clean and the toilet with all the amenities you need . All in all was very nice hotel and I really recommend you . The restaurant in the lobby had a wonderful food and so nice .

If you are only going for canton fair, and they are providing shuttle, and that's your only target go for it. Otherwise, the location is lacking.. very far from subway and any other tourist location. They provided 1 shuttle on last day for some reason and it was full so i had to take taxi/didi to fair otherwise it was very complicated.. even for going to any other place i took taxi cause very far from everything.. not even a supermarket nearby. I had sim card with internet from china so it was not a big deal but the internet was not working at all but when my companion asked for it they tried to help. I didn't have breakfast but i asked vegetarian option for dinner they only had rice and all vegetarian restaurants are far away, i had quick meals with me so it wasn't that much of a issue for me.

Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. There was plenty of room left after 4 suitcases. Staff were polite and helpful. Whatever needed was provided to best of their ability, if english speaking staff didn't pick up they called back to ask for what was needed. Room cleaning was excellent on some days, good on others. The reception staff were english speaking. For canton fair shuttles were provided. View was nice. I had a great and comfortable stay. Overall my stay was pleasant.
