Catching the lift, the hotplate plug didn't match the wall plug, the exhaust fan that I hit my head on several times. No translation of AC remote, TV location and no translation on how to get to work.

The elevator can be a bit annoying, but it's nothing extreme like the other reviews indicate.

Worn, but clean apartment, good wifi, very good location. I stayed 5 more days than I planned, so I returned. Definitely recommended.

The room was great , just the corridor outside is dark, is a little bit scary And our room was facing to the main road, so is quite noisy

The location is superb, near to the subway station - 珠江新城 & 五羊邨 Also, it’s nearby to 海心沙广场 & 花城大道 you can take a walk nearby, is a nice place The staff, Lisa is really helpful as well. She upgraded the room from king room to loft for us with no additional charges!

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The beds were perfectly clean and comfortable, but other parts such as shared spaces and bathroom could use some more cleaning.

They should do a deep cleaning of the kitchen cabinets

So nothing is extra-ordinary, but we still had everything we needed, a fine bed, a balcony with washting machine, a kitchen, shower that worked fine etc. We stayed for 2 weeks in the apartment and had a good time. Staff is very friendly and location super convenient.

The indications for the lobby should be more accurate. Because it's not in the same location as the department. You should put indications for the lobby. Or at least any sign.

The disinfection and cleanliness of the rooms was not very thorough and also the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette. This is standard for hotels in China. Sound proofing was not great. The elevators do not have the same numbering on both sides of the building.

The location was close to the US consulate. The staff was very helpful and the price quality for the location was adequate. The beds were very comfortable. I was able to wash and cook in the bedroom, but not all the rooms have cookware. The air conditioning unit worked very well. I would stay again if I need to do business in this part of town. The staff was very helpful.

Staff was super friendly. For the same price I even got better room than ordered. Excellent location in the centre of Guangzhou. I could walk everywhere on foot. In the vicinity a lot of nice places to eat, coffee/tea shops (especially I recommend Chagee), and a bar with craft beer and sports (Juice Robot). Watching premier league and seeping a pint in the middle of the night might not be a typically Chinese experience, but it's great countermeasure for jet lag. Great value for money overall.
