There was a lot to like about this hotel! Very comfortable beds, in a spacious, clean, air-conditioned room. Incredible breakfast with every imaginable food option. Perfect location for seeing the city, directly opposite the park housing Shanghai Museum and right next door to a shopping mall and Nanjing Road metres away. Incredible view from the bar on the 47th floor. The pool was a lifesaver in the Shanghai heat! Staff friendly and helpful 24/7.

It’s centrally located, right across from the metro station and main street, making it very convenient to move around. I stayed with my 11-year-old son, and there’s plenty of fun for kids nearby—like the M&M’s Store and Lego Store. We received amazing help at the reception from Mr. Radek, who took great care of our accommodation, gave us a breathtaking view of Shanghai 🤩, and helped plan our visit with excellent tips on places to see. Thank you so much, Mr. Radek! Overall, we had a perfect stay, and if I come back, I will definitely choose the same hotel again!

Excellent location at one end of the Nanjing Road (pedestrian shopping street leading to the Bund - historic waterfront - about a 20-min stroll. Rooftop bar is good viewing spot for the city light show. The hotel opens directly into a high-end mall built on top of a metro station, so you can get anywhere without being rained on (handy if you go in monsoon/typhoon season!) Nice pool on 7th floor. Room was very large and comfortable. Nice views of People’s Square

Super Central position to visit Shanghai. Great view from the room. Metro station is in front of the hotel with the main metro Lines passing from there. The Bund is 30mins by walk.

Roof top bar was a total rip off with no view. So disappointed. TV selection for foreigners terribly poor, the TV starts as a smart TV with no “Smart” option. Horribly expensive breakfast (optional but not affordable).

This hotel is amazing. A beautiful high rise hotel in the centre of Shanghai close to many popular areas. The room was very clean and the views of the city were amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Especially Jessica who assisted me with checkout. She greeted me with a welcoming smile and was very helpful. For the price and quality this hotel is well worth it!

The only downside was that some of the furniture, particularly the sofas, appeared worn out and in need of renewal. Additionally, the bathrooms felt a bit old and would benefit from renovation to match the overall quality of the hotel.

The hotel was truly amazing, from its excellent location to the spacious rooms and the wide variety offered at breakfast. Everything felt comfortable and convenient, making our stay very enjoyable.
