Beautiful place ,very nice room and close to old Town. The service is superb. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when you asking anything they will fulfill your request right away . Breakfast with many varieties. Satisfy for both Asian and western nurse . This place make you feel the management is with all the details to suit for customers needs. We love the place highly recommend it.

Nothing, everything was truly amazing!

I love that all of the staff are attentive to me. When I said I wanted hot honey lemon water,they got it for me. Then for dinner I asked for a conggee also known as porridge the chef was kind to make me a porridge! I couldn't access to get the power bank but Ivy rendered me an assistance and she gladly loaned it under her account instead! That truly an example of a staff that went beyond giving me the extra mile service. THANK YOU IVY, may god bless youLast but not least the ground staff at the dinner area were all so warm,kind to be attentive at all times plus the cleaning toilet lady, she is an angel too! She took my couple of dirty bloodied tissue from my nose bleeding packaging to help me throw!Thank you for the kind and warm hospitality! Great job guys! We had to ask for toilet paper each day as no extra roles were left. Also, no hand towels, only washers and bath towels.

Free minibar and cookies! Loved the fresh fruit platter and the fresh flowers in the bathroom!! A beautiful room and beautiful hotel in general. Location was excellent with upmarket bars and coffee shops directly surrounding plus easy walk to pedestrian street and other sites.

Its my first time travel to KunMing，I highly recommend this hotel. The service is platinum-level, English service is smooth. Beautiful day from breakfast ，our orders was delivered directly to our room by a robot which was very cute！All the snacks bottle waters in the refrigerator are free, and offers delicious Pu'er tea from Yunnan. I rarely leave comments, but this hotel deserves this one. I will definitely book here next time.

The location was a bit further off from the main shopping area, but we didn’t have an issue with that as it was easy to arrange a taxi

It was a short stay as we had to leave early to the airport. They upgraded us to a room that was very large, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is very modern. We managed to get a good rest.

Everything was perfect for a couple travelling independently. Location amazing and we were given helpful instructions and assistance with our luggage from a pick up point in the Old Town where taxis cannot drive in. Warm hospitality and so much effort to look after us with our lack of speaking/reading Chinese Mandarin. We received help to book transport and great advice for our time visiting the Yunnan from beautiful staff.

We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue.
