The rooms are really nice and the whole hotel is spotless. One really great point I'd highlight is the staff at breakfast, really lovely staff full of smiles and couldn't do enough for you. Really well done.

The long wait at the elevators…

Really beautiful hotel with a great access to nearby (food) malls. I booked 3 rooms for my family in the main hotel which were all great. I understood from the reviews there is also a “tower” option which is actually not so close to the hotel. Breakfast was really good with a broad selection of food, however the restaurant was packed with some rude guests. When we mentioned our concerns to the staff, the “complaint” was taken very seriously and professionally handled by Annie. Swimming pool is great with a nice view!

We thought we knew what to expect staying at JW hotel - a safe choice like other major international hotels without "surprises", even though there were some negative reviews about this hotel from other guests. Overall service was good except for the concierge. The worst thing was that the floor manager stepped in to intervene with the lapse of the services of the concierge supervisor. I had written an email to her on 27th July 2025 and I have not gotten any reply from her even until 29th July 2025 which is today. She assured me that she would reply to me about the lapse in services.

-The staff is performing floor cleaning when I am still eating in the restaurant, they cleaned up all the stuff on the table when I have placed the occupied tag on the table and walked away. - that’s so noisy when the staff is cleaning for the room nearby at 9:00 am when I am still sleeping

This hotel was terrible from the beginning. We were here for 10 days. The staff, The security specialty vector (didn’t show his badge so this is what he said)the receptionists called David and katirin. The first night was terrible they gave a room that was not the one we booked and it was not clean at all . the main reception was closed. we got to the hotel at 1 and got our rooms at 3:30. Secondly the security followed my family and watched us in an uncomfortable way for no reason. On our third day I went to walk at the beach at 10 pm and there was only one security there no one else. When I came back 10 minutes later my shoe was gone and my socks were left on the sand. I went to the guest service and told them this and they didn’t even look at the security camera and told me sorry it was lost we can’t help you. There was no clean towels in our room and we called 5 times to ask them for new towels but they brought them the next day.

Didn’t realise and wasn’t told the bar was invaded by mosquitos. I got badly bitten and my business trip was badly affected. There should have been warnings and advice.
