we had booked the hotel for the swimming pool but it was closed. An old hotel with old rooms. The staff doesn't speak a word of English.

The location and size of the room. The staff were friendly and helping.

I had booked this hotel for 5 days for a transit to Australia. I planned to use the swimming pool and had checked it was open on their website. The website said it was. I found out the swimming pool hasn’t been used since Covid and was closed. This was really frustrating as I would not have book it. The hotel also said that staff speak England and can help with planning trip. The staff do not speak English and it was very difficult to order food and organise transport.

Location is great! Breakfast was very good as well! Employees don’t speak a lot of English, but wasn’t an issue with google translation! We’ll definetly recommend!

The pool was not available during our stay, because the were under restoration. However we could acces to the spa for free instead!

The rooms are so big, and the bed was quite comfortable. Especially compared to other places we stayed in China, it felt like we had a lot of space to spread out. The front desk staff spoke pretty solid English, especially relative to most of what you encounter in China.

The location is nice, being right at the intersection of metro lines 1 and 2, but there’s nothing in the surrounding area. Just trying to go for dinner or a coffee felt like a major undertaking. The hotspring is in a separate building from the hotel, so it didn’t feel very accessible or easy to use.

I was very pleased with the service; the staff were attentive and helpful, which made my stay comfortable. The overall experience was good, and I appreciated the hospitality.

While the service was excellent, the hotel itself is showing its age. Some of the facilities seem outdated, and a modernization could really enhance the overall experience.
