SwitzerlandThe hotel is newly built and there are some issues to be addressed. For example, the towel rack in the bath room is too high and also wrongly located over the commode/flush toilet. Additionally, room service needs to be improved. In the restaurant, there was no coffee machine for the breakfast. The food options were limited during breakfast and dinner. There was also no arrangements to keep the food warm/hot.
The location of the hotel is good and the hotel offers promotion with breakfast and dinner included in the room price. The breakfast and dinner were good but with limited options of food items.
