staff were good but no one available between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

bed were not stable. I always scared to fell down. bathrooms were so narrow & small.

Breakfast was good, bunk beds were nice, and showers got the job done. Somewhat convenient location

Beds seemed to be a bit on a slant, but wasn't too noticeable for me personally (others called it out)

The view from the hotel is very nice, but it’s 30minutes away from the center if you walk. you can rent a bike for 7000 a day, it’s ok but they are not in very good shape. I wanted to rent it in the evening to go and eat at a restaurant but the lady wouldn’t give it to me, because I needed to get back by 9 to put back the bike. So I went by foot and got bitten by a stray dog, so be careful at night ! There are fridge to put your food tho and the lady from the breakfast is a sweetheart !

Bed bugs, showers that were broken and leaked everywhere, lumpy pillows, way too hot most of the time (which probably made the bed bug problem worse), it wasn’t very clean and staff were barely ever around and didn’t reply to messages. The breakfast was good but always served late and put away early. The only good thing was the communal space upstairs.

There is a lot of space in the kitchen and eating area, the front room/common room was very cozy with a great view, and the mattress/pillows for the full bed in the private room were very comfortable.

Check in time said 2pm online but there was no one there upon arrival, no instructions on how to get into the locked keypad locked front door, and inside the hostel it said check in was 3pm. The full sized bed while comfortable is just too small for two people and the private room itself is very small which is fine for a night.

Great hostel, with really friendly and accommodating staff! Beautiful views of the ocean from the shared lounge area! Only downside was that the hostel is a 20 min walk from main city centre , however there is still access to few food places and mini marts around

Comfy atmosphere, good WiFi, clean facilities mostly

Bit far out, very noisy if you have the room next to the street,, laundry had bleach stains after washing due to using the wrong detergent

The hostel was quiet with friendly staff It has a lovely warm sunroom with beautiful views of the sea where you can enjoy breakfast over pleasant conversation with fellow travellers

I arrived after midnight due to hours delay on the ferry. The staff arranged that I could enter with a code and put my breakfast in the fridge. It was small but good.

The rooms and bathroom look impersonal.

Helpful staff, big common kitchen, fast WiFi, bike rental, great view from common room and balcony on Strait of Magellan and Tierra del Fuego, beach just 100m away

Shower floor wet and dirty. Facility is not maintained well.

We had bed bugs! And really many of them, with blood all over the bed sheets and on the pillow/blankets and on the wall. Really annoying and frustrating! Especially since guests had reported it already two days ago, and the staff had known it already! The hostel should have closed and taken time to sanitize properly. Also, apart from this, our room was not properly cleaned, i.e dirty floor and bathroom (we had a family 3-bed-room), and there was sand and dust everywhere. To be fair, we claimed to get our money back and asked for a compensation, and they willingly agreed and gave us 50 USD compensation. This is only a small compensation for the upcoming consequences (having to get backpacks and contents professionally cleaned, disturbing the remaider of the vacation). We are still really really annoyed and expect the hostel to close until remedial action has been taken!

Well appointed building. Clean. Large lounge and central heating.

I found it too far from town. I unfortunately didn’t find staff friendly. Think they took a dislike to me. You’d have to prompt for toilet rolls as the 4 shared wouldn’t have any. Small things I know.

hostel was primarily oke , not really special , it was closer to the airport for me . nice stuff , clean. one thing I 'll remember ,from the living room above with the very nice ocean view!

Location is a bit isolated. Toilet paper only replaced three times a week
