It’s a beautiful property, the location is very convenient, it was super clean and probably the best shower I’ve ever had!

The woman who made breakfast was very kind and accommodating. Air conditioner worked well. Short walk to lovely beach for sunset.

The listing says that it provides a shuttle service. After communicating with the property about our arrival, we were left at the airport with a taxi driver telling us he was his friend and he wasn’t coming. Eventually the taxi driver got the owner on the phone who told us to go with the driver, no charge. The same with returning to the airport. We were told that the shuttle service stopped with the pandemic. No mini bar. No toiletries. A soap dispenser at the sink and in the shower that I couldn’t get to dispense soap. Very basic accommodation, which is fine, but I wouldn’t say 3 star. Long walk to town which is not their fault.

Hot water and the room was large

There was confusion and lack of communication about checkin. Apparently the girl only works until 2 pm but the flight lands around then. She was there to greet us but mentioned multiple times she only works until 2pm. The bathroom has a strong weird smell- not sure if it’s the plumbing or the black mold. Breakfast was fine. Pretty far from town. Much too expensive for the quality and location. If cheaper maybe worth the stay but the black mold is still a problem.

the location was quiet, it was close to a nice view over the sea. the room was spacious the bed was large and comfortable it was nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room

the room was not very clean the shower always flooded the bathroom and soaked everything the staff were not friendly and welcoming, when we arrived in the afternoon I asked for a bit of milk so we could make tea, I was told I could have some tomorrow.

Nice to stay in one place for 2 weeks Hosts are friendly Airport pick up from hotel was great Breakfast is at a long table with all other guests and that was great to find out where to go, how to get things, what things should cost, where to eat dinner, and so on

We filled out diet restrictions ( lactose intolerant and vegetarian)and fed most of the breakfasts to the stray dogs all over the island for the full 2 weeks Picture shows bar...this is decorative Picture shows breakfast set up... don't mistake this for not being able to cook No microwave anywhere I had expected to be able to cook half of our dinners, so that made our stay a lot more expensive than expected Dogs from hotel and neighbors bark till late and start around 5 again, some nights all night long Great place for 3 to 4 nights

Close to the airport (15 min walk), close to the city, tasty breakfast.

Not very clean (cockroach in the room), toilet flush didn’t work very well, the hosts are not always in the hotel which makes check-in troublesome and they didn’t say beforehand that we need to check in at specific time.

Great location, right beside a cave by the seaside. A quick 20 minute walk to town, also enjoyed the breakfasts.

Took a long time to get hot water and lots of cockroaches everywhere.

Jerónimo and his brother and family have been treating me if I was part of their family. I will give them a billion stars if I can. They are extraordinary people, and Stephane was the perfect guide. Stepane's knowledge of Rapanui history is impressive, and he will do the extra mile to show you other sites, not in your typical tour. I loved it every minute. I will recommend them to everyone. They are French, and they do speak English and Spanish. Au revoir et a bientôt Jean-marc

    Nothing negative to mention

Price is very reasonable. Location is away from city centre but no problem as I rented a car.

Room is ok and breakfast is very average with no egg.

    Nothing. It was horrible.

Well, where to start??? First, the advertising was very full of lies: no, they don’t speak French, or English! If you don’t speak Spanish you are screwed. And it says «daily housekeeping», but the lady told us that they just don’t clean the rooms. We got there and the floor was full of dust and dead bugs and cockroaches (alive and dead actually!). There was nothing provided, not even soap. The room had a VERY bad smell. We realized that the bathroom roof is full of fungi, and that the smell was coming from there, and from the drain because it was smelling either fungi or urine. The owners are not there, you are pretty much on your own. The breakfast is not fresh. Only very bad instant coffee. We had to brush the cockroaches out of the room every morning and night.

Very nice breakfast, a subset place is very close, and helpful pickup (Stephan) upon arrival, thanks!

The rooms could do with about of revamping/cleaning, and the dog seemed a bit scary in the beginning! The place is a good 15 min walking from the centre, consider it when booking.

Rooms were spacious. The veranda area was excellent. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room too. Area was relatively quiet and close to lovely cliffs to watch the sunset. It was good to have breakfast included

It wasn’t clean. We were there for 5 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once nor the towels changed. It’s quite far from any cafes or restaurants too.

Jerome and his lovely family are wonderful! Very friendly they helped us a lot for making our journey better. They gave us many recommendations about the island, so helpful. The property is very nice and in a quiet area. We had a bedroom with balcony ocean view Breakfast was great, cheese, ham and fruits perfect to start your day!

We liked the location but if you are looking for an accommodation close to the city it might not good for you. Around 20min walk to get the town.

Great place. Owners are a great couple. They made me feel at home. They took the extra mile to help me with some local tour company problems. They were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent.

I had nothing to complain about.
