We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our staff service and the buffet breakfast. We do note your disappointment with your room location and the wifi experience. To clarify, our Honeymoon Spa Suite is not promoted as beachfront accommodation but is designed to offer privacy and comfort with spacious interiors. We also provide the latest images and 360° virtual tours of all room types on our website to help guests make informed choices. Regarding the wifi, this has since been improved in the Honeymoon Spa Suite to provide a more reliable connection. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by housekeeping delays and will review staffing levels to improve room service consistency. We are pleased to confirm that Vodafone recently completed a full upgrade of our Wi-Fi system at Sanctuary Rarotonga, and connectivity has since been restored to 100%. We understand how frustrating inconsistent service can be and are glad this issue has now been resolved. We are disappointed to hear about your breakfast experience and the comments regarding service at Captain Andy’s. While Captain Andy’s Bar & Grill is located at our sister resort, The Rarotongan, we do offer both table and buzzer service there, whereas Sanctuary is fully table-service. Your comments regarding layout and staff service have been shared with the respective managers for improvement. With regard to fresh produce, please note that fruits and vegetables in the Cook Islands are seasonal and sometimes limited by local supply and weather conditions. Finally, our Resort Manager, Akuila, would have been more than happy to assist with any of your concerns during your stay—our aim is always to address issues promptly when brought to our attention.
