Perhaps I would have liked better access to coffee for the morning. Filter coffee was often burnt. Espresso is made on request,small point.

Quite but handy location. Brilliant staff,helpful and pleasant. Perfect being right on the beach walked straight to the water,fabulous swimming.

Nothing. We missed the breakfast because we had to leave early but the spread looked good. Not much in the way of cafes and restaurants within walking distance but if you have a car the location overall is superb.

Could not fault anything.

Breakfast was more than we expected. The range of cereals, fruit, juices, teas, bread for toast, milk etc was more than we anticipated. The fruit was wonderfully fresh and delicious. There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room.

The guy at the reception was terrible - whatever he was watching on his phone was always more important than attending to the guests.

Great location and facilities - clean and comfortable rooms, the beach is quieter than in many other places on the island and very good snorkeling too. Close to botanical gardens, couple of restaurants and grocery shops. The restaurant on site is pretty amazing - we had the best meal of the trip there, lovely people working there too. Would definitely come back and recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Moana Sands. The staff were exceptional. The restaurant and food was so good and great calue for money. The view and being able to walk straight out from our room to the beach was brilliant.

Breakfast was quite minimal. The shower in the room was not sealing properly and the bathroom would become very messy after each shower.

The rooms are on the beach, mazing location. Easy to reach all main interest spots of the island. The staff was very friendly and there were snorkelling gear and kayaks to be borrowed for free.

Breakfast was perfect for us. There were a variety of cereals, fruit, toast and toppings. The choice of tea was good; if you wanted a barista coffee or cooked breakfast that was available for an additional charge. We were very happy with what was available. I have nothing to say that I didn't like, even to say that the facilities have more things and details than expected, such as a clean water fountain to wash your feet before entering the room. They have a beautiful terrace and always replenish hotel accessories and items when you request them. The truth is that everything was perfect, nothing to say.

I must begin by mentioning the beautiful beach that the hotel offers its guests. It is undoubtedly one of the best beaches on the island. Titikaveka is a beautiful beach, and Moana Sand has two beachfront hotels in this location. Secondly, I must highlight the service. The service staff, from reception to housekeeping, restaurant service, kitchen and bar staff, are first-class, 5-star quality. They really set the bar high. Before travelling, I requested certain services in advance, and they went above and beyond the call of duty. This undoubtedly places the hotel in a very high tourist category, not because of the quality of its facilities on the island (which are excellent) but because of its hospitality. I must highlight "Marvin" in the restaurant, who provides first-class, quality service. His hospitality and dedication were incredible, right up until the end of our stay. The barman was also excellent, with his kindness and dedication to us, as we were spending a very special moment at the hotel (our wedding engagement stay). They were really attentive on this occasion and gave the best service to take care of our stay. They have excellent taxi contacts at reception and offer assistance for any occasion. You can purchase Wi-Fi at the hotel, which lasts for several days, but I recommend purchasing a SIM card at the airport if you have time. Please try the BBQ pork ribs, which are especially delicious. The chef is local and plays incredible music. The cocktail bar has the best piña colada on the island. I would like to highlight that they have kayaks, snorkels, and many other equipment for sailing and diving in the beautiful Titikaveka beach. Please come to this hotel, you will have an incredible time and you will be treated like you are at home, with warmth and a level of service that is difficult to find elsewhere in the world. All rooms have a beach view, tidy and comfortable. Nothing flashy but all the basics you need. Absolutely perfect location with the best snorkeling out the front. Since staying on the island we realized we were lucky with this location as not all beachfront properties have good swimming let alone great snorkeling.

The plumbing. The shower - sometimes no water came out; sometimes it was a trickle and not very warm. Breakfasts didn't have much to choose from and if one came late, no fruit was replaced and often only "scraps" left. Some hard-boiled eggs would make a nice addition for example. The hotel could do with a make-over!

Location was wonderful. The restaurant served up really good food and extra generous portions. The presentation of the dishes could not be faulted. Really exceptional and well -priced. The wait staff and kitchen staff were lovely - thank you Ryan and Marvin and Euni for always serving with a big smile..

There is nothing that I could fault. Our stay was amazing & we will be back

Everything about this accommodation ticked the boxes. The facility is dated BUT the rooms, restaurant & other areas felt so, so clean. They also have everything you need at the hotel. The outdoor swimming equipment is well equipped. The food at the restaurant was very, very reasonably priced & the best we had on the island. The housekeeping & and restaurant team are a phenomenal group of people & definitely add to this amazing spot. The beach here is also the best on the island.

This hotel has it all- location - on a beautiful beach with great snorkelling, the most amazing staff, rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant food is delicious. ALL the staff go above and beyond, are friendly , kind , helpful and do whatever they can to make your stay amazing! There are kayaks , paddle boards, snorkel gear flippers etc to use. Laundry facilities onsite.
