In the room you hear the noise of the neighbor rooms. 50 Francs of deposit for an umbrella!!! No amenity kit, cosmetic mirror. The water cooker in the room had such a short cable that it only could be plugged in in the bathroom There was heavy rain and we asked to buy an umbrella but the receptionist told us they were sold out. The staff could at least give some tips where to buy an umbrella in town just to show interest in our problem

Excellent hotel for a short stay. Room a bit hot if the door is not open but for most of the year this won't be a problem. Sound proof is average, but again, won't be a big issue. Easy to reach the city center

“Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor. I could hear every thump and shout from the neighboring room, where children were constantly jumping around. To make matters worse, buses passed right in front of my window throughout the night, making restful sleep nearly impossible

I received a truly warm welcome, along with a thoughtful and comprehensive introduction to the area, which made settling in so much easier. The room was spotless, with fresh water provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The space was bright and inviting, everything felt well cared for. Huge thanks to the team!

The whole experience feels a bit impersonal. Stairs had a sticky liquid spilled that was not cleaned up during my short stay.

The room was clean and comfortable! It was lovely to get free ice cream when coming back from a long hot day sightseeing! The staff were friendly and helpful and it was good to be able to do some washing. Sitting on the terrace watching the sunset was amazing!

The location is great. Despite the hotel being located a few kilometers from downtown city, the neighborhood is calm with a lot of options on public transport and restaurants around. All in all the team is adorable and they really makes me feel welcomed, so I could relax after a long trip around the country. For the records, no red flags here 😊

No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Room was warm. Zurich is very expensive but not unexpected.

Good location to visit city with tram stop nearby. 15-20 min on tram to centre. Good to have fridge and basic kitchen facilities. Parking for van outside was good although only about 9 spaces. Gym quite small but good enough to get a decent workout.

The double mattress was very wobbly and we ended up disturbing each other all night. The pillows didn't provide good support either, although we have found this to be the case in other hotels in Switzerland too. The room was too warm on a not particularly warm day, can't imagine how bad it gets in summer heat. A fan was provided but I don't like to sleep with the noise of the fan all night. These resulted in not the best night's sleep.

Nice, modern hotel and rooms, clean, quiet, very polite staff, underground parking available (we had to ask for the code at reception first). Good location close to tram stop.

The only slight negative is the fan in the room, there is no built in air con unit, instead there is a floor fan that doesn’t cool the room entirely.

Beds could be bigger as rooms are pretty spacious. Though in all honesty they do clearly indicate beds are small for the cheaper rooms.

Lovely hotel a bit out of town but very well connected by Bus 31. In a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious and clean rooms and many restaurants nearby including a McD in case you are up late (it's open till 3 am) Has staff till 11 pm to help you with all you need. Good place to stay if you want to go to Komplex 457 as it is walking distance.
