I was surprised by the lovely view from both the bedroom and the bathroom! I could lay in bed and look at the mountains. The room was a nice size. Very nice value for money.

The apartment is located above a bar and it is noisy at night. It was also hot and there is no air conditioning in the apartment.

Streets are loud at the night, because there is a night club nearby. Also on the reception there was a cigarette smoke, which wasn’t agreeable.

Room and bathroom were big. There was a clotheshorse, big fridge, equiped kitchen. Building inside is a little bit old. At all I absolutly will recommend this hotel.

The bar at the entrance, where the reception was situated, was full of smokers. It was very unpleasant. The receptionist was lovely, took us outside to check in. And explained if you have 3 bars one is allowed to be smoking. But the others were shut.....and the lift entrance was in the bar so we had to walk up to the first floor to access the lift to take us up to our room, to avoid the smoke.

The bar area as you enter was very smoky and you needed to enter when checking in. Luckily this did not transfer to any of the other areas of the hotel.

Unfortunate location with XXX clubs below and people congregating outside in late night hours. (We were there on a Saturday night). Check in was in a bar, also didn’t love that.

Clean and spacious, very comfortable apartment, and the staff was very friendly and kind. And they let us in early which was also really nice. Umbrellas provided, which was great as it was very rainy.

Only thing I would say is when you turn up, it’s quite smoky in the bar and smells of cigarette smoke which isnt the greatest first impression. Luckily the rest of the hotel/room didn’t smell like smoke but that’s all I’d say

I stayed here the night prior to my trip on the Bernina Express. Lovely friendly lady who checked me in and made sure I had everything I need. Explained there was a microwave and even gave me cutlery and a bowl to use for my food. Room was small but perfect for one night, comfortable bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, air con/fan unit. Clean with en-suite bathroom. Close to town and a short walk from the station. Perfectly located.

Many travelers have pointed out that not all rooms are the same at this establishment. Our was far from the noise of the bar downstairs in a day the night club did not operate. No smell of smoke, no noise. Other travelers who got other rooms on the weekend might have a very different experience with smell, noise. The establishment is in the red-light road of Chur, which might be intimidating in the dark for some.

The entrance and reception in a smoky bar...the owner shared they are making changes to this soon. There were Nightclubs open till 3am at weekends below and the stair entrance is next to the men's toilet! ;( Bed in eaves area and sloping ceiling difficult for taller people

The smell of cigarettes as you come in is quite off putting. It’s fine in the rooms but it does make it feel a bit rough as you arrive.
