Our Lean Luxury philosophy focuses on providing the essentials in a high-quality and modern way, which is why we have chosen not to include minibars or kettles in the rooms. Instead, we offer free hot drinks and a Maxi bar in our Galleys, and a 24/7 bar for snacks and drinks. Regarding the daily cleaning, our guests can choose it every three days, with a complimentary drink offered for the latter option. This is one of the ways we try to be more environmentally conscious, but we understand if this didn't meet your expectations. We're sorry to hear that you found the room too small. For future stays, you might want to consider our larger Loft or Star rooms, which offer more space. We're truly sorry that the overall experience didn't live up to your expectations.
