The room is a bit small

The staff at Ruby Mimi Hotel were lovely, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast and coffee was some of the best we’ve had amongst our travels. Overall a charming hotel and would happily stay again.

We really loved this hotel, walking distance to train and bus, and site seeing. You can leave your bags, before checking in or after checking out to make the most of your stay without carting your luggage around. We were given drink vouchers if we didn’t want our room serviced, I thought that was great so had a yummy pizza a desert and a cocktail at the bar. Huge thanks to Michelle and Robert, you made our stay extra special👌

Our room was way too tiny . My husband had to go to the lobby at 5am because he could no longer sleep in it .

Only negative would be no tea/coffee in the room but there was access to facilities on every floor so not too bad.

The room is tight no usual amenities like cabinets to hang clothes ,no coffee machine or kettle , no phone no clock, no iron, bed blanket is in 2 pieces

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Love the room, it was very clean, comfortable and classy. Location is just opposite of Zurich Station and a Coop. Hotel also has a mini cinema for guests to watch movies every night. Self check-in was very convinient and fast. There is also a gallery with water and refreshments.

The lack of somewher to hang your towel to dry.

The hotel is close to the railway station and main shopping street. The checkin process is self check in and the option of swapping out house keeping for a drinks voucher is nice.

We couldn't work out how to turn lights off in room so it might be good idea to leave instructions for visitors.

Fabulous hotel about 3 mins walk from station, right in the old town. Staff are amazing and it seemed brand new although it’s been there 4 years. Bed super comfy and great quality linens. Lovely bar, a free cinema with different film every night (hotel is an old cinema), and all was just fabulous.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Zurich. We had a nest room which was ideal for a short duration but it is quite cosy (this was advertised). Any longer than 2 nights as a couple would probably be a bit much due to the lack of space/storage.

Beautiful and modern hotel. It is in a perfect location, near the train station but tucked away from the main street. The hotel was clean, up to a good standard, staff were super friendly and it has it's own cinema! We watched our The Grand Budapest Hotel to escape the rain one evening and there was even fresh popcorn.

Air conditioning could be stronger, but I think that applies to every hotel in Switzerland.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! We arrived quite early from our international flight and they allowed us to check-in. Hotel is very conveniently located, and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Shower was literally in middle of the room! Overall room was too small, access to bed was difficult as it was on a platform with very little room to squeeze around it to the other side.
