Needed a nice hotel room for a night and found this one. We were on the 3rd floor, it was a beautiful room, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was a bit small, but they make eggs on request. Overall, great value

Top floor with no elevator but nice view.

Breakfast was average with no famous swiss Bircher muesli and many packaged items. Dinner was expensive with small portions for the price.

Clean modern rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Close to the Staubern Cable car up to the Sacher Lücke The Postbus stops next door and runs hourly, if you don't have a car. . .

The best place I have ever stayed! The comfort, the nature, the view, the personnel are the best! The breakfast was like in Michelin-starred restaurant! This is a place of soul! Very highly recommended!

We felt truly welcome 🩷 The room was incredible in every way, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We were very well taken care of, and the food was excellent! ☺️

Absolutely amazing place! 600+ years old which was impressive on its own. Great rooms, yummy breakfast. Very clean! Very quiet! Restaurant has great food (amazing ice cream). Staff extremely helpful! We had a great time, just wish we could have stayed longer!

This small hotel is a gem: clean, quiet and ready for relaxation. They have an onsite restaurant serving local cuisine. It's also super conveniently located to hiking opportunities, such as the Saxer Lücke

I decided to treat myself to a stay at Schlössli Sax for my birthday and had a wonderful weekend :) I loved the warm hospitality of everyone, as well as the little touches- face towels, coffee machine and coffee pods in the room and being able to store my luggage before / after check out. Schlössli had the perfect location if You are planning to do the Saxer Lücke Hike - I walked to the Staubern Gondola and was greeted by many friendly locals in the village. The views and the food were superb too- warm bread at breakfast and home-made jams and high-quality food (including vegetarian options) at the restaurant. Thank You for this lovely stay!

In the summer, I would appreciate the air conditioning, but I was aware it was not there, so I could not complain. The pillow was very small. the bigger one would be more comfortable.

Comfortable hotel with lots of character in small village close to some lovely walking country. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and the price of our stay was very competitive. The building has a long history and many of the historic features remain. This limits some of the modern amenities but it was comfortable, the amenities were fine and it was certainly somewhere we would go back to.

The dinner menu was very good, and the food was beautifully cooked. It was above our budget in terms of eating there every night but we enjoyed the meal we had there and there are other options in the area.

Unfortunately there were like 10 flies inside, spent some time trying to get rid of them. Installing the net on the window would be a great improvement. A bit expensive
