We also understand your point about the air conditioning. For environmental reasons we’ve chosen not to install traditional AC, but instead we provide Dyson fans in the rooms along with a cooling ventilation system. We completely understand that the warm temperatures during your stay made the nights uncomfortable. Out of environmental considerations, we have chosen not to install traditional air conditioning. Instead, our building is equipped with a cooling system that helps regulate the temperature, and we provide Dyson fans in the rooms for additional comfort. We’re sorry to hear that this was not sufficient during your visit, and we will certainly take your experience into account.
