Hotel is a bit out of date and could use some refurbishing or repairs. Our smoke alarm went off from taking a shower (not even a hot one), reception personel spoke only German and were more interested in operating their on-site bar and pizza delivery service.

No tea/ coffee in the room. No air conditioning. Was pretty warm on the top floor.

Good location for travel links as very close to the tram/ bus line. Good breakfast - not loads of choice but enough for it not to be boring for a couple of days. Good coffee/water in the reception area for the guests. Although on the road we had the window open and we didn’t really hear much noise on the top floor. Staff happy for us to put a bag in the fridge at reception which also sells drinks.

A lovely stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Great value for money! The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short distance from Zurich, which made it both quiet and convenient. As a bonus, breakfast was included – a very nice touch. I was truly satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back.

The breakfast was continental style and very healthy. It was delicious. The room was quiet and functional. It had all the essentials and very minimalist. No air conditioning. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The location was excellent as there is a tram and bus stop right outside the hotel.

Hotel Neufeld was lovely. We only stayed in Zurich for one night and the place was clean and cozy. It’s about a 30 minute walk from Zurich Old Town however there is public transport about a 1 minute from the door. The room was hot with only a desk fan but we were able to open our window slightly.

Breakfast is great, hotel is not lavish, but the staff are super helpful and friendly. Easy to get to on the tram from the centre or from the station. We'd asked for twin rooms, but that seems to be just a smoke and mirrors nonsense from booking.com, but they did there best to come up with a compromise. If you want twin rooms message the hotel after booking, regardless of what rooms you pick. Really couldn't fault it, great stay.

Not really a big issue - Hotel is around 20-30 mins walk from the main train station.

Although maybe a bit small (for a couple), the room was clean, comfortable and tidy. Good buffet-style breakfast. If re-visiting Zurich, I would consider staying here again.

Stayed five nights during the early stages of the Euro 2025 football tournament. Great value for money and well located for the tram/bus into Zurich centre. Clean and comfortable accommodation, with the continental breakfast a good start to each day. Balcony in the room was a definite plus and there was a small fan in the room. Staff were also helpful and coffee / iced water were provided in the reception area.

It was not very clear that breakfast was not included and when we tried to go to breakfast because we tought it was, the staff was not super nice about it. No toilet paper in the room when we arrived, but that is a human mistake which can happen.
