I didn't understand why there was no soap dispenser in the bath itself and the shop on the shower was not enough (this room had both shower and bath).

Great location near the railway station, about 10 minutes walk. I like the breakfast and wished that I could have more time to sample the great variety of the food. The staff are well trained and possesed excellent service attitudes and the receptionist even offered to fetch me to the railway station upon check-out so as to catch my morning's Glacier Express trip. Well done to the hotel's management and staff!

Wish the spa hours were longer! Also I didn't manage to get a dinner reservation at the resort restaurants.

The rooms are nice and clean, room service cleaning is great, the reception staff and breakfast staff are very welcoming and nice .. the bar tender has amazing virgin pinacolada that my husband loved , and the pools are just wonderful. Location is great , just 6 minutes walking from train station

The cleaners tried to clean obsessively twice when we were in the room, and once they cleaned at 7.30 pm, which was a bit strange.

Shower head over the bath was not very high. I had to hand hold it to rinse my hair. Only a minor inconvenience for me.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They upgraded my reservation, and that was awesome. Thank you. I ended up with a view of the Matterhorn once the weather cleared.Breakfast had a huge selection.

Me and my daughter had the mlst amazing holiday and stay in your hotel. We enjoyed facilities, the pool, the soa and the mlst of all kids club. The staff was always hospitable, cheerful, happy, friendly with kids and helpful. We loved the view from lur room and the location which is very close to the ski lift that takes to the ski school at the Sunnegga and near to the train station. While my daughter had a blast in the kids club, I could enjoy live piano tunes and a drink at the bar. Fantastic memories. We wilk for sure be back.

We had a wonderful stay at La Ginabelle Hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and highly professional. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a beautiful room, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had stunning views. Every member of the staff we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. It’s rare to experience this level of hospitality across the board. unfortunately the heater in the toilet was down so they had to put in a portable one that did the job.

breakfast was good, location was just a few mins walk from the ski lift. they also had rental shop just across the hotel. they were very lovely to provide us with a bottle warmer for our baby ! they also provide tea time everyday.

It was an amazing holiday: Gratitudes Resort La Ginabelle and staff. Spacious, clean room and delicious breakfast. I enjoyed the evening piano performance at the bar. I will visit Zermatt next year and would love to stay here again.

Everything was great! I couldn't flaw this hotel!

Breakfast was excellent, there was an extensive variety of foods for different diets. They made us fresh eggs the way we wanted every morning at their live egg station. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. I requested a room change and they changed it the next day. The kids club was the best part!! It's included in your stay! My husband and I got to spend some quality time together knowing our kids were safe at the kids club.
