I am not used to sharing a common bathroom.

I liked the new experience when I checked in late. The staff helped me by phone and to check in by myself.

Tram was a bit noisy at night and it got warm in the room if the window was closed.

No AC. What we didn’t know, Zurich was hosting an annual street fair, parade and techno music the day we arrived. We had to close the windows after we went to bed due to the street traffic below. We had a stand fan in our room which kept it a little more comfortable. Not complaining. Still managed to get a good sleep.

There is nothing we dislike.

The room and bed are comfortable. The toilet is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hostel is near to the train station and the supermarket. There are many restaurants nearby.

West facing room took a lot of afternoon sun with no way to close the window shutters (which were fixed). With no air conditioning this made the room uncomfortably hot at the start of the night. The room had a fan, but this was not enough to offset the built up heat.

Staff, common room and little extras like coffee, tea, spare towels and soaps. Comfy beds and decent size room with hanging space and desk and chair.

The single room I stayed in is nice for a short stay. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping and dining. Love the view of the river from the window.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. It was nice to be welcomed with a smile. Whilst I was in Zurich it was insanely hot, and I was very grateful to Karen for helping me to cope with this.

The staff was not responsive in the message box in the evening, so i got trouble checking in. Did not recieve passcode before arrival and it took me stressful 30 min to get in. No AC Spacious room but Not much facility, like wardrobe

Best location, easily access by tram. just 2 stops from zurich HB In the middle of attractions. Clean room. The shared bathroom was ok, not dirty Elevator available

The hotel is located in the central area of Zurich which is very convenient. The hotel offered self-check-in, which was helpful. However, the date I arrived was super hot while the hotel only has a small fan and the surroundings were quite noisy as restaurants are around. Still recommend the hotel, it's a good place to stay overnight.

A bit pricey for rooms with shared bathroom but it’s really clean. 10min walking from main train station (Zurich HB). No breakfast included but there is common room with coffee machine. Comfy room. Friendly staff. Self check in available.

No AC or fan so it got pretty hot. I opened the windows but the outside noise starts early and goes late. I also didn’t realize there was just one toilet and one shower for the entire floor.

A bit noisy. Very tiny showers. Tiny towels. Too soft beds. Only one power point in the room. No one at the reception before 9 am and after 7 pm.

Waterfront hotel at a great price. Staff were very humble and helpful. Keep you bags at the reception before check-in and after check-out between 9am-7pm for no charge. Free tea/coffee all day long in the lounge and even some bread. Many books for read, lots of city guides/pamphlets for guests. Elevator. Clean room, clean common toilets and baths on every floor. Hair dryers available. Very central location. Everything is walkable. Many diners nearby. Tram stop right outside the hotel.

The shower room was a bit small. As a tall woman, I had a hard time taking the showers. I always bump my elbows on the walls.
