Really cool hotel with loads of quirky features that were a big hit with our kids. Beds super comfy including the bunks (husband slept on the top bunk and said it was real comfy) Outdoor pool was amazing after a day walking around the city in 32 degrees heat. Really liked the touch of giving complementary mini bar items (chocolate bar, peanuts and drinks) and a day bag to borrow for exploring. Decor is very modern and high quality Pool table and funky work stations were popular with our kids in the lobby area. One of the best city hotels we've stayed in. Decided to add on one more night to explore more and swim in the lake. The staff went out of their way to reduce the hassle of making us switch rooms. Tram stop immediately outside got us to the main railway station within 10 minutes and the lake within 20 mins. Zurich is a fab city one of our favourites.

The room was quite warm and the clima system only cooled minus 3 degrees.

The only thing I struggle with are the noise levels outside during when the windows are open. With the windows closed it's lovely and quiet - but I miss the fresh air.

I love the 25 hours hotels. The facilities are great, the decor is modern and quirky, the rooms are spacious with all necessities provided as well as yoga a mat, a blue tooth speaker and even a free minibar! We also loved the free pool table, kicker and ping pong table.

Only downside was no coffee or tea in the room and TV didn't have any English channels. Apart from that 10/10.

The location was kind of tricky- we only stayed for a night and it was pouring so I don't blame the hotel but I felt like we were isolated. It's worth staying in old town if you want to walk down little cute streets easily!

The hotel was awesome inside- fun games, a restaurant, good design, great for families, nice extras and things to do outside the room in the property.

We were under the impression that check-out was supposed to be at 12:00 but housekeeping kept on knocking and asking if we can already leave the room. But overall it was still great.

Great staff! The place is cozy and has a relaxing vibe. Breakfast was great as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

It is in the Zurich west district so a little way from the old town (but easy access with a tram). The bunk bed was higher than expected which is something to bear in mind if you are short / worried about heights/ have mobility challenges.

The room was very big we had the twin room which was a bunk bed. I thought in Zurich it was going to be a tiny room but it was really bug and spacious and the bathroom was lovely filled with Soder soap etc. I thought the staff were very accommodating and available to help at any time. We were at the football for the Euros and it was a 20 minute walk to the stadium so perfect for events.

The breakfast should be much better considering what the hotel offers. Serving industrial orange juice with bad taste is frustrating. If you can't serve fresh orange juice, better offer something different than industrial one.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, very good vibe and nice staff.
