We stayed for 3 nights here for personal & business purposes and were very happy with the overall hotel, especially the staff who were always helpful & friendly. The location is good too, close to various restaurants & shopping. The tram line is right outside as well. We had some problem with the air conditioning not functioning in our room & they didn't hesitate to move us to a different room. Overall I would recommend this hotel to stay in.

Everything was great.

Hotel was kept very clean. Room was very comfortable and bedding was great. The breakfast and dining area with lots of windows was a great way to start the day. Location is great for lake exercise and tram service. Most importantly to note was staff at reception, housekeepers and breakfast service were very welcoming and professional, great team at this hotel. Thank you

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, a very nice modern design. Light sleepers may want to rake the side not facing the street due to the tram noise at night. Delightful hotel.

Only stayed 2 nights, wish it was longer. Loved everything about this hotel. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel is so warm and inviting. The whole place is so clean, the beds are comfortable, the area is nice and the breakfast is AMAZING!! I have such high standards and this place really lived up to them. I will certainly be back.

The housekeeping schedule could be better coordinated, as room cleaning sometimes occurred at inconvenient times. Additionally, the entrance from the street to the parking area is quite narrow, which may pose a challenge for larger vehicles or less experienced drivers.

It is in a very good location, easy to walk everywhere. Quiet. Couple of good restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. We chose to have the breakfast. It was more than enough. Rooms were clean, big enough for short stays. But if you like bigger rooms go for superior room.
