It was truly disappointing to find that the stopper for the jacuzzi was missing. Even the young lady at the reception tried her best to locate one, but unfortunately, it couldn’t be resolved. The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons I chose that room type and booked this hotel, so it was a letdown not being able to use it.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance or had questions. I also appreciated the warm service from the lady who served coffee in the restaurant each morning—although she was a bit forgetful at times, it added a lighthearted touch to the experience, haha.

Something to be repaired: the shower curtain has a hole in it and I, as well as my friend, flooded the bathroom floor (sorry about the flood!).

This hotel is centrally located, offering convenient access to public transportation and major sightseeing attractions in Zurich—all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, we were able to leave our luggage at reception, allowing us to begin exploring the city right away. The room was spacious enough for our party of three and provided a comfortable stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options—bacon and eggs were a particular highlight for us.

Very good bathroom often smelt of drains and lavatory seat not in best condition. Plumbing clearly needs attention. Air con blows cold air directly towards bed so my wife was cold whereas I on the other side escaped the draught. Furnishings are a little tired. Surprisingly poor choice of cheese (which is such a Swiss speciality) at what was otherwise a decent breakfast. Room safe failed to open (third time it had happened that day, we were told). TV small (we didn't use it but nowadays one expects something much bigger). Generally a sense that the time has come to spruce up a nice hotel and make it shine. Room decor uninteresting. Old fashioned keys don't worry me but most people prefer electronic ones.

Excellent location. both for Old City and for trams going further afield. Quite a big room ('Comfort Room'). Has all the facilities one would expect in a decent 4* city hotel. Friendly staff.

The inflatable mattresses sounded cool at first but ended up pretty odd to sleep on. And the sofa isn't that great to sleep on.

Location was perfect for daily walks to explore the city and the lake. Shops were close by. The room was cozy and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ksenia. Breakfast was superb. We have great memories of our stay.

Attention to detail by room cleaners could be better and they recorded we used items from the fridge that we didn’t use but quickly resolved at reception. Restaurant was not open Monday and Tuesday.

A few minutes walk to the lake, boats,trams,buses and the bus to Lindt factory. Trains are within easy reach. Good breakfast.

I liked everything

Location is very convenient: the Zurich Lake is very close and Zurich River and the old Town is very close. Wather is very clean in Zurich Lake and You can swim there. Hotel's area is very calm, but You have also Panorama night club very close, we went there and I can recomand.
