I didn't like the staff at the reception. It was as if they evaluated the possibility of paying for accommodation by clothes. The next day, they knocked in the morning and were going to clean the room, although we had not yet left it and we had time until 12:00.

One thing worth to note is that the toilet and bath didn't fully close and had glass doors from the main bedroom. I was staying with a friend so it was a bit of awkward situation and didn't really expect it. Other than that, the hotel is good.

It's kind of expensive, and the layout of the rooms with two beds is awkward.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially JC at the front desk. The hotel is quiet and clean. The location is okay, with quick access to busses, etc. Lots of parking on-site.

My 13 year old son was with me and they did not allow use of the pool to anyone under 16. If we had been staying longer and didn't have plans for the night we were there, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel.

The breakfast was outstanding. Omelets and pancakes made in real time for you.

The bath to get into the shower was a bit high and there wasn't much room to move. The shower glass also doesn't contain the water so the floor gets soaked quite easily.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym facilities were excellent and the beds in the room were very comfortable. Location was very good as it's near some grocery shops and between two stations on tram line 2 that take you directly to the centre.

The room service menu was very limited with only two options (pizza or pasta) and the hotel didn't have any restaurants open past 10:00pm. We arrived on a rainy cold night and was frustrating not being able to get a decent meal.

At check-in, a 100 CHF deposit is required, which must be paid by credit card as cash is not accepted. While this is quite common, it might be a bit inconvenient for travelers who prefer not to use credit cards abroad.

Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center of Zurich, getting around is extremely easy. There’s a tram stop just a short walk from the hotel, which makes it very convenient to reach downtown. The area around the hotel is quiet, safe, and has a peaceful atmosphere. Being slightly away from the busy city center actually adds to the comfort, especially when it comes to relaxing in the evenings. When we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us warmly. They were all friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They answered all our questions with a smile and were always willing to assist during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. We stayed in a double room, and our first impression was very positive. The room was spacious, tidy, and thoughtfully equipped. There was a kettle, a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a variety of teas and coffees, and bottled water—all nice little touches that added to the comfort. The bathroom and toilet were spotless, with clean towels and all the amenities you might need. Housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly every day, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The quiet and cozy atmosphere, easy access to the city, friendly staff, and a clean, well-equipped room all came together to create a great experience. If we ever visit Zurich again, we would definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

Nothing. It is a big standard corporate hotel. Well run. Well maintained. Conveniently located.

Just there for one night while attending the Euros tournament. Close to the stadium - super convenient for the football. Near useful street of shops & restaurants. The gym & pool facilities are a bonus. Enjoyed using them. Staff very apologetic that they couldn’t meet the room request we had made months before. And comp-ed us some drinks. Room is a good size. Nice bathroom. Great shower. Found Switzerland in general lacking USB charging points but this hotel had all sorts of plug sockets.

1. Room size 2. Slightly far away from the fun stuff

The room is spotless and clean but small. Once you get used to the size of the room everything else is positive from there. The breakfast was excellent. Beds were super comfortable, i slept like a baby (perfect for the first few days of the vacation). Location wise it's not the best, slightly away from the lake and the old town. The staff is warm and welcoming. All in all a big thumbs up!

Room was quite small and the shower constantly flooded the bathroom which was really annoying!

We loved our stay! The brekkie is of really high quality and was a highlight. The room is clean and well maintained. While the location is not in the centre it is very convenient, right near multiple trams and also walking distance to a major train station. We also loved the gym on site!
