Pillows could be more comfortable. Not great value for money for the breakfast .. We were expecting a bit higher quality breakfast.

Easy access to the transportation.

The tram station is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, it didn't feel anything more than a standard 4-star hotel experience. It’s nice but nothing exceptional—just a straightforward, simple 4-star option.

There was no pool! They say they are a business hotel and I wondered what does business has to do with not having a pool?

It is a fantastic property! Nice and clean. You step in and it lifts your mood up with its cleanliness and pleasant smell. Staff are nice and polite. Location is just perfect, once stop away from Airport and two stops behind down town. You can stay in the calm and quiet neighborhood and make ur way to bustling city in 10 minutes. I can write more and more like their is a big coop right next to the hotel and couole good restaurants but to make it short let me say, you cant go wrong with this property!

Rooms were small for 3 people. Also when i was booking at the Marriot Bonvoy App it was not letting me, so I had to book via 3rd party and so my points were not credited to my membership.

Very minor thing. I have to call for toiletries to be refilled twice, since it was missed during cleanup of the rooms. Other than that everything is smooth.

Convenience. Very near to train station Oerlikon about 500m away. If one doesn't want to walk there are bus stops right outside the hotel that can take you to train station, airport, etc. There is a supermarket across and a cafe wherein all basic needs are available.

Mattresses were a little lumpy, probably require change. Airconditioning in the room was erratic - would wake up 2-3 times in the night by very warm conditions whereas room would be cold when going to sleep.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected, however similar to other parts of Europe. Conveniently located and walkable from the SBB station at Oerlikon. Breakfast was very good with variety of food options, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

The location is very convenient, one train stop from the airport and the train station is 5 minutes walk to the hotel, check in and out was very smooth, breakfast was nice and room service was amazing

The property is a five min walk from Oerlikon train station so easy to locate and connect. Room size was good and maintained well. The restaurant closed early on the day we arrived so we had to go out for dining. Breakfast spread is good and the staff was very active refilling the buffet and helping guests. We checked out on time but they allowed to store our luggage safely until evening as we had a night flight.

We couldn’t access Netflix on our TV and none if the staff could help us because the didn’t know how to fix it. Also the breakfast was too expensive for the small variety of food.

I would have liked to be able to adjust temperature of the room a little as it was very hot. I did speak to reception staff and got a very good explanation on why hotel was so warm and that air con was not in use due to still being winter which is totally understandable.

Room was newly decorated and very clean, with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
