Our room was located next to the stairs that lead to the first-floor restaurant's bathroom, so you could constantly hear the noise of people going up. Perhaps a soundproofing door could be installed between the stairs, the restaurant's bathroom, and the rooms on that level.

The hotel is located in the river of Lago Maggiore with a beautiful view to the lake. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was buffet style with different fresh and food options.

Perfect retreat with a little touch here and there. Located on the top floor under the roof. The view from this room is amazing and the little balcony invites to chill with a coffee or apero overseeing the Ascona promenade. Some things are just too beautiful, this room is one of them.

From the moment I arrived at this boutique hotel in Ascona, I was completely enchanted. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The room was equipped with everything I could possibly need – every amenity thoughtfully chosen, from the beautifully curated tea selection to the complimentary sparkling and still water. But what truly set this stay apart was the bed – without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. It was like sleeping on a cloud, and I woke up feeling more rested than I have in years. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of serenity and natural beauty that made it hard to leave the room. This hotel is a rare find – luxurious, welcoming, and unforgettable. I loved everything about it and can’t wait to return.

I did not stay in the main building by the lake, but in an additional building belonging to the same hotel and at this location was another restaurant downstairs open until late in the night and super noisy. With the windows open you could hear absolutelx all the discussions from this restaurant and all the noise

The closeness of the hotel room to the lake and city was really great. The hotel room was impeccabally clean. We enjoyed ourselves a lot in Ascona, of course thanks to the great weather. The people at the reception were also very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Was a bit of a trek around the side to take our suitcases, but a friendly member of staff came to help.

Website was a little misleading. We expected a king suite, but the room was a standard size with no special seating area or the best view. The rooms we had were still very nice, but not exactly what the website implied.

The room was in the side street on the ground floor so we didn’t open the window at all which is a bummer in this location.
