Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great house, close to railway station to Luzern or Interlaken. Quite place, well equipped.

IrelandBeds could be softer and more comfortable. WiFi was very slow, so I tended to not use it at all.
The location couldn't have been better. Easy and quick walk from the train station, and an excellent restaurant even closer. The views were spectacular. The area was really peaceful, quiet, tranquil... absolutely perfect. The house was a good size with plenty of sleeping space. Lots of hot water, great water pressure. Beds were comfortable enough, but not spectacular. I loved sitting on the patio every evening just enjoying the quiet!

IndiaMore lights during the night time to guide the tourist to locate the property would be helpful and having some basic bath accessories (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, etc.) in both the bathrooms would be appreciated. some sort of ventilation is necessary in a room with a bunk bed.
The location was quite good, property was well-maintained and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all basic needs. Two rooms out of 3 were pretty small but overall the property is best fit for 4 people and the view in morning is very mesmerizing and refreshing.

United StatesThat the microwave is located in the basement instead of in the kitchen.
Gorgeous mountain views from the living room and bedroom. Only 30 minutes from Lucerne to the east and Interlaken to the west. Very quiet little village of Brunig is great to come home to after visiting the city. 2 restaurants within 1/4 mile walk. A great bakery just a 10 minute drive away. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There were all kinds of maps about the region in the house. There was even a stocked bar, a washing machine and fondue/raclette set which we didn’t use, but was available. A hiking trail goes from the house into the neighboring villages through breathtaking meadows.

NetherlandsIt was advertised as an entire house to yourself, thinking I had booked a beautiful get-away with my wife. We found out there was somebody sleeping in the basement. (Under the master bedroom). We later found out after a few calls that the basement was also published on booking.com as a studio apartment and the host tried to tell booking.com that it was a ‘worker’ that was there to ‘help’ us. Then he came clean and told them about the listing. We were never informed about this and it was never stated that we were sharing the cabin. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe since there was a stranger that could have access to the house. If you are staying here, be aware and keep the basement sliding door closed and locked.
The location, easy check in, clean. Well supplied.

Portugaljust a minor detail, but hey you in the mountains, the internet is very very slow.
This is a perfect gateway for Hasliberg resort. You will get lots of space in a very quiet setting, facing the mountains with snow. If you are traveling around the lake zone this is just perfect. And the house is so well preserved, wooded made, and with so many vintage details, this is just so unique and you will not be disappointed.
