Good location to where we wanted to be.

No on-site parking.

Staff was just the best!! Julia was absolutely brilliant and gave us so many valuable tips for our Bern exploration! The room was spacious and comfortable and toiletries were from Rituals!!! Breakfast was also amazing, with many options! The hotel also has this gorgeous garden where you can just relax. I definitely recommend!

The only inconvenience for us was car parking space. The hotel was flagged as if it had car parking, but we actually had to park in the street and buy tickets. I think they should update that to avoid surprises .

They changed me even if I officially asked for a refund…. At least some of the money… They denied. I had insurance in case cancellation but they also didn’t gave me money back…. DO NOT USE INSURANCE FROM BOOKING…..

Good location a walk from the station. Nice breakfast with lots of choice.. clearly trying to.cut their environmental footprint.

Check in had only one terminal and was a bit confusing if you booked via booking.com. Minor shower cubicle door problem.

The hotel is easy to find, room is always clean, reception guy was very nice and even showed us the map of Bern. Food choices in Frühstuck buffet are good. They gave us a complimentary gift because of our Toilet problem.

We checked in late and we were 2 customers waiting in line to do self check in but apparently having a hard time checking-in because the booking number given thru email and the booking number needed is different. Called several times the other branch knowing that we can just go ahead and get the envelope inside the reception area. We can also hear the noises from above rooms when they move some furnitures.

Needs to be noted that no parking close by. May be lucky to find free "blue line" spot. Given the price could have been better.

Location is a 8 min walk from Bern train station. Easy self check in process. Breakfast was great there was plenty of options from scrambled eggs to pastries. The croissants was so yummy and fresh

We didn’t have a mini fridge in our room so was not able to keep our beverages cold or leftover food.

The room was very clean and the location is convenient. The breakfast was good and there is a bus stop just 1 minute away.

After 4pm, you need to self check-in. This is not straightforward. When arriving, one person was locked out of the building not able to enter. The second couple didn't manage to find the room. This is quite problematic. There was no access to a fridge. I needed to go to their other hotel which is 15 minutes walk one way... This is problematic if you need to store your medicines in a fridge... While the room was spacious and clean, it eas very dark. Our room was under the roof, the window were pretty dirty and we couldn't open the curtains as they were broken.

Minimal contact with staff. Single room nicely set-up, breakfast standard continental. Would have helped if hotel had pre-advised limited reception hours (confirmation issued 5 months earlier mentioned only those on weekends, which did not apply here). Also transport voucher should be issued 24 hours prior to arrival or at least on the morning thereof. Easy to reach by public transport.
