Very central, convenient location. The member of staff who checked us in at the bar downstairs was very kind and professional.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a strand of dental floss left on the sink from a previous guest. The fan in our room was partially broken; it made a lot of noise and we were uncomfortably hot. The chain lock on the door was broken, and the bolt lock was non-functional. I definitely would not have felt safe if I'd been traveling alone. Check-out is quite early (10 am), especially given that you can't check in until 3 pm. Staff members are only onsite for a short period of time in the afternoon/evening, so it would be extremely inconvenient if you needed any kind of help, or if you got locked out late at night or during the morning hours. It wasn't even possible to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in because no one was there.

We had a great time in Zurich! What we like most is how easy it was to book even though we only booked a couple of days ahead of our trip. It was one of the most affordable and better rated options so it was clear to us that it will be our option. The receptionist Angela was simply fantastic, friendly, easy going and very professional. We had lovely chats and she told us more about her time in Zurich. Although we only stayed one night, we found the room very comfortable and the hotel location was perfect to explore our surroundings easily and it is also 15min walk from the central station so very convenient. Because the hotel also has a bar, we also had a drink there until they closed, so really a great choice for a stay in Zurich, and very affordable.

We liked everything! The room or the bathroom weren't too big but really it is all you need if you are visiting Zurich and only need the room to sleep, like it was our case. Maybe my only observation would that we couldn't plug in the hair dryer that they have in the bathroom, for some reason the socket wouldnt work but that's about it.

The hotel’s location was excellent — right in the city centre with good access to transport. The room was okay, with a comfortable bed, fridge, and kettle, which were useful.

Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes with no staff at reception, leaving guests waiting outside. The towels had hairs, and the room was uncomfortably hot with no fan provided, despite the heatwave. Unlike other places I’ve stayed this year, no effort was made to consider the weather conditions.

Location was great

Couldn't get a hold of anyone to get questions answered or checkin. Happened to find someone else in building that called the person. There was another traveler trying to check in having the same issues. Poorly run. If they took that seriously, it could be a great place

Close to city centre

-Check-in after 3pm, with no one at the "reception" (= the bar) before 3 pm is limiting, as the hotel entrance door was closed (I arrived at 1:30 pm). I rung up the hotel number but nobody replied. Hence, you'll sit with your luggage outside (or go to Starbucks nearby, with luggage) until 3 pm. -No air conditioning. I arrived when it was 28 degrees Celsius outside but inside it felt way warmer. -No coffee satchels in room (went buying some myself).

It was clean and the receptionist was really nice.

The shower got off and the next day was not fixed. Also the beds were not made.

Booked at short notice as flight home cancelled minutes before scheduled take off. Comms from owner were really good, and also kindly let me borrow a plug adapter, which was very helpful. I was a bit too tired to take advantage of it but hotel is very close to bars and restaurants,

Slightly noisy outside - but that comes with the territory if you are in a location that is super convenient for bars and restaurants.

The location was very convenient for my needs, a short walk from Stadelhofen Station and from the clients I was meeting in Zurich.

The room facilities were functional. I would have welcomed a choice of tea and/or coffee in the room, especially since breakfast is not provided. But considering the price and for a one-night stay (and the proximity of a Starbucks within 20 metres of the hotel) this is a minor quibble.

There is a roof terrace in the hotel, the room comfortable and clean. Nice lady at the reception that helps with everything . Good value for money 😊

It is nearby the center

There is even no bottle of water in the room. The rooms are very noisy and small.

Location is great!! Quite despite the central location. Helpful stuff! 👌Note there are check inn automat, which is not activated before stated in general check in time. If you want to drop baggage or require earlier check inn, make sure you have confirmation so cleaning staff can let you inn.

There are no soundproofing in rooms: you have to expect to hear (and to be heard by) neighbours. There was 3 rooms in my floor, so all in all not that many neighbours to deal with 😅

The staff were very friendly. The bar downstairs is nice, and there are seats and tables outside on the quiet side street. There is a small rooftop terrace with tables and chairs and a good view of the river. The room was small, a bit cramped, and made up for one person, but the bed was big and very comfy. We booked late, which is why we think the room was set up for one person, but the staff found us extra pillows and towels. There was a good fan in the room, which helped keep us cool in the hot weather. The hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants, and not far from a tram stop and train station. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It's a bit pricey for what you get, but everything in Zurich is very pricey!

Great location and reasonable price for that area. Fridge and kettle useful, no air con but quiet fan provided. Clean and linen provided.

Machine didn’t work but staff helped get room key. Very small room, but once asleep no problems.

The location was great. The bed comfy. updated bathroom.
