There is limited parking locations, which are not assigned to particular appartments. Arriving in the evening exposes you to no free spots, this is disappointing. In practice, other guys coming with two cars take legitimately your potential spot. Not a good solution and considering the location, guaranteed parking spots are crucial. Alternative parking mentioned in the communiacation by email: we were not able to find the address and plaques. My suggestion here is to assign one spot per appartment and keep any left as first-come-first-served. That would make much more sense. Good I had Swiss Army Knife, otherwise there was no cork-screw :) (OK, that is a minor point) Take some ear plugs as there are some nice cows with bells behind the window and you may not be able to have a proper rest over night.

Location is OK. Standard of the room was very good, all was clean and tidy. Little issues with damaged light swith and bed are at the end not that much important. Appartment we rented for 4 persons, with two bedrooms, is spacey, and can in practice accomodate 6 persons, if you deploy sofa in the living room.

- The bathroom doesn’t have a lock. - The dryer in the laundry room is a bit confusing to use and takes longer than usual to dry clothes. - The dishwasher was broken, and I wasn’t informed beforehand.

- The room is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. - The location is excellent, close to the train station and supermarket. - The host provided all the necessary information, making everything easy.

The stove top did not work properly and it took time to cook. Informed the owner but no response on WhatsApp. Only next day when I called they spoke but by then we had to check out. Otherwise everything else was good. Nice location, nice furnishing and nice view.

The owners do not respond to any messages, it was freezing in the apt. You can’t control the heat. It was dirty and worn out furniture and cooking equipment. Glasses and dishes were dirty, bathtub dirty and oily.

The parking

The owners went cheap on the mattresses, you could directly feel the mattress springs. But again, considering the price of the apartment, this is absolutely fine for a night. People with back problems might think otherwise though.

Good value for money. You can tell this is an old apartment that was recently renovated. Some parts of the apartment still look rather outdated, such as the kitchen. But the price of the apartment also reflects this, so completely fine with us! :) The place is spacious, everything in the kitchen worked, heating and warm warm water worked, the flat is close to Tasch train station, we were happy!

No locks to the bathroom, dishwasher was damaged, lack of basic ingredients in the kitchen . However the staff arranged someone to do the dishes every day.

The communication with the staff was quite bad. It took them few days to answer the messages or they didn't answer at all.

Large and comfortable flat, very clean with lots of amenities. Great view to the mountains and a nice balcony. There is a washing machines in the basement.

I really enjoyed the spacious layout of the property as well as all the natural light that was coming in. The location of the property was amazing, walking distance to the train station if you’re heading into Zermatt.

We specifically booked this property as it had many reviews about one parking space per unit right outside the main entrance. We required this due to a member of our party being disabled. Upon arrival we found another car parked in our space and all other spaces taken. We tried to contact the host to no avail, meanwhile the owner of the block of apartments next to this one aggressively shouted at us about not parking in her spaces, despite not being parked in these spaces (we had pulled up at the side of the road). The owner of the car who had parked in our space then came out and refused to move their car stating someone had taken their space, so they were taking ours. This resulted in 30 minutes of aggressive verbal assaults from not only the owner of next door but also the other couple when all we needed was the parking spot for our apartment. Eventually we managed to contact the host and explained everything but she stated this ‘was not her problem’ and there were other spaces further away. Nevertheless, we could not locate these spaces. The host made no effort to resolve the issue further. Inside the apartment the beds and pillows were incredibly thin and worn out which made for an uncomfortable night but everything else was fine. The apartment above us did have a rather loud party until 1am. We’re unsure if these are common issues that happen or if we were just incredibly unlucky in our stay but we would not recommend or stay at this apartment again.
