Our rooms do not have air conditioning, which is clearly communicated on Booking.com and our website. As a responsibly managed guest house, we are committed to sustainable solutions – a fan is already provided in every room to provide some cooling even on warmer days. It is the guest's responsibility to check when booking whether the facilities offered meet their individual requirements. Due to our central location in the heart of Zurich, street noise may be heard when the windows are open. Upon request, we are happy to provide a quieter room at the rear of the building, subject to availability. As a guesthouse, we offer our rooms without breakfast – many guests prefer this flexibility. The airport shuttle is an external service with standard market prices for Zurich. We regret that the price-performance ratio was not right for you. Unfortunately, Zurich is one of the most expensive cities in Europe – nevertheless, we strive to create a fair and transparent offer.
