Location is good, free drink for the mini bar, wasn’t expected

The outline is a bit unexpected. The entrance floor and the lift to the room. The design of the room.

Great breakfast but a bit too expensive

Absent closet hanging space.

super clean, very friendly stuff. the restaurant has great food and it’s so close to all the sites in downtown.

Excellent location. New building. High quality rooms. Very clean. Very quiet.

Gym is very basic. Not convinced about the shower-in-the-middle-of-the-room layout.

The check-in process was extremely easy, the staff are able to keep your bags if the room isn't ready but luckily they accommodated our early check-in time. The room is absolutely gorgeous and has a wonderful view overlooking the city and the trains. Wonderful amenities including a gym, sauna, onsite restaurant and bar. The room also included free drinks from the minibar and a speaker that you're able to use as you please. The location is good, very walkable from the train station and multiple buses/street cars. This includes the multiple museums and attractions that Zurich has to offer as well. We tried the restaurant onsite and the staff were extremely kind and attentive, great selection of food and drinks.

The TV didn't work at all during our entire stay. At first it was connectivity issues when we tried to screen share and by the second night it completely wouldn't work at all and simply showed a black screen. This wasn't completely a deal breaker but for the price, the connectivity could have been better.

Modern design

We have been arrived at 2 pm the rooms not ready and until 3 pm no one of the stuff take care about inform us if our room is ready or not we keep asking until 3 pm. There is no air condition as booking site mentioned. The room is hot in summer we asked to cancel the booking because that but the stuff refuse. The stuff say the room contain swiss air condition!! I have been in Switzerland for many times different cities no hotel say that. it was always normal air condition. After that they send a fan !! There solution for a hot room in summer . Also no one helps you with your luggage. You need to do that by your self.

Agenda 2030 of the devil swiss Klaus Schwab. No air-conditioning anywhere in Switzerland. Should have provided a fan in the room.

Funky cool hotel, well located. We spent three days from a very hot summer and even tho the hotel doesnt have air conditioning, they have a cooling system that works very well

Crazy expensive parking (but that’s the reality in Zurich)

Spacious, clean rooms! Welcoming and helpful staff! The location is very convenient, close to the central station and easily accessible to old town and the lake side!

The sockets didn’t fit the normal euro plug

Very cosy hotel. Feels at home with free minibar and Late check out. Brunch is a good value too. Coming every year with the same pleasure!

Breakfast stopped a bit too early on monday.
