Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe room was lacking in night stands, and the bathroom really needed some hooks and/or a table. We had to be creative to find places to set our phones while charging, and were stuck putting bathroom items on the floor. Also, the property is not transparent about their parking charges. Here on booking the charge is listed as $10. On the hotel website it is listed as $15. But we were charged $20 per night. I did find that a bit frustrating.
The room was clean and comfortable. What I appreciated most about the room was that it had 3 large beds - you don't see that often in hotels! The breakfast is decent, a good selection of bread, cereal, waffles, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. The location is very good, a 15 minute walk to the falls and Clifton street area.
