The breakfast. Everything was cooked in oil and it was too much for us, the juice was also watered down. Opted out of the breakfast after the first day, so it was an added expense.

The location was great and I loved how we got to park in front of our room, it made unloading and loading back up a breeze

The bed was too soft for our taste and the wood structure of the building makes it quite noisy. We slept on the ground floor and we got waken up by a kid running back and forth in the corridor on the first floor, terribly noisy.

the room was very clean, the motel has a swimming pool and is close to the beach and a great restaurant (The Last Anchor :-) . The breakfast offer is quite good for a motel and the staff is nice and funny :-) Unfortunately the single-use tableware wasted the breakfast experience. I'm very disappointed this place didn't provide reusable tableware and therefore generated so much waste every morning.

People in rooms around us were very loud. I don’t know if that’s because we were below some line dancers or if the walls and floors are just thin.

We emptied trash container in room ourself and saw that they hadn't been wiped out after at least the last stay left. Grandchild lost the TV remote so we pulled some things away from wall to search and found it dirty under there but not a huge deal breaker, to us.

Staff from office to breakfast were lovely! Nice, clean, not overcrowded pool for morning swim. The corner cabin 42 had everything we needed for our one night stay. Things were dated but in a quaint way. Super central to where we wanted to be with our grandkids' planned adventures. All those things makes me feel like I'd stay again, if we go back to PEI.

This is definitely an older property, and my unit at the corner on the bottom level was attached to the stairs outside. There was a lot of noise from people and heavy suitcases thumping up and down the stairs.

Ideally located in Cavendish. I arrived during a heat wave, and unfortunately, the air conditioner in my room was broken. They replaced it the next morning with a new unit, which I appreciated. Breakfast was included, which was easy and convenient.

lol it was very noisy - but I think you can't avoid that with so many families there; breakfast area was very crowded; pool hours were not working for us - opened too late in the morning then we were gone for the day

location was excellent - staff were excellent, bed was comfy, lots of space in the room; ample tasty breakfast but very greasy; coffee was great and again staff were excellent; pool was nice when we could access it.

Breakfast ends at 10am would of been nice if they served that until 11 even. We like to take our time getting ready in the morning and missed breakfast every day, and we did book a rate that had it included sadly. We ran out of toilet paper after office hours and didn't realize they don't stock spares which is odd... Should probably stock a little extra in rooms but that could have just been an accident too.
