The location was great , it was clean quiet and spacious All amenities were available

The room and bathroom were very clean. I had a good night’s sleep. They even gave me a pamphlet of Kingston. I really appreciate your hospitality. If I visit Kingston again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The room was a bit cold, but the bed was warm. Slippers would make it even cozier.

Very minor feedback - the kitchen, while appreciated for our access, was missing an oven mitt and cooking oil

Clean and comfortable

The room was spacious, a good desk to work on, the bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very nice. I liked being able to make coffee in the morning. Very kind and friendly staff.

For some reason, the wifi did not work.

Location was close to my tournament. Easy access to the property

Didn’t read the description closely enough to realize that 3 rooms downstairs share a bathroom Was freezing because the air conditioning can’t be changed

There was no breakfast provided by the property but the kitchen has all the accomodations to prepare meals with microwave, stoves a big fridge. the property is in quiet residential area, parking is easy. The property is extra clean and brightly lit every where. Our room is in the downstair with a very nice sitting area to relax and read your emails, lap tops etc..

There is no USB-C plugs in the room for guests to plug in the cell phones or tablets. This can be correct easily

Specious facility

The bathroom curtains and cleanliness weren't really good. My room was very cold. The rest of the facility was OK.

Loved the comfy bed .spacious room .In a very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores close by. I felt very safe .Ask for room #6 .It has your own shower/ bathroom, t.v , fridge and coffee maker.Nice

It's in a basement with three rooms .But a nice basement.

The location was fantastic—very easy to get to downtown. Parking was great, and the suite was easy to find. I especially appreciated having a private bathroom within the suite. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!”

However, we didn’t realize that we could have accessed the shared living area and kitchen. It wasn’t clear what was available for us to use, especially since the space was rented out to multiple guests. It ended up feeling more like a dorm house, which was a bit unexpected.”

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very polite and helpful host, location

Double sink in bathroom but one sink completely blocked and unusable, towels stained,floor tiles at bathroom door broken and pieces missing (stubbed our toes),unable to close bedroom curtain for privacy. Room just needs some updating and repairs.

I was not checked in, I went out and came back and did not see where to sleep. I called the number but there was not response. I came all the way from Hamilton and could not pass the night in Kingston, I had to drive back to Hamilton with my partner that night as I was not able to check in. I want my money back

I got to the property and no one to attend to me. When I eventually saw someone who works there. She did not show me to my room. I quickly went out for my event and when I got back there was not room for me to sleep.

Convenient location Easy to access after hours

Toilet didn’t flush properly and needed attention each time. Shower base inside needed some mould scrubbed off in one corner!! Room not as clean, some dust bunnies running around.

We were able to make our own breakfast. Kitchen was clen and well equipt
