For some reason, the wifi did not work.

The room was spacious, a good desk to work on, the bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very nice. I liked being able to make coffee in the morning. Very kind and friendly staff.

It's in a basement with three rooms .But a nice basement.

1. Need more clearly instructions as what is WIFI code, what can be used in the house as the owner is not there. 2. There are a lot of rooms and all doors are closed. Besides the main suite sign, all other doors have no sign. We are not sure where is washer located. 3. It is better to have rug in the floor. Otherwise, people walking in the hall way is quite noise at night. We are not sleeping well due to noise.

No cup in the bathroom and no bar of soap, just some anti-bacterial liquid soap. More importantly, when I arrived, a man, who I presume lives there, was working on his car in the driveway. He was not at all nice or helpful. Besides him, I didn't see anyone at all in the house.

Comfortable and mainly clean. I was a bit uncomfortable about walking barefoot on the floor as there seemed to be some particles that I could feel on my soles. Not a big deal but a small rug would have been good.

There were some people making a lot of noise in the kitchen at 11h20 pm. It was a little uncomfortable. Point to consider: Mold on the bathroom wall.

The coffee machine didn’t have a pot. We weren’t sure if we could use the kitchen next door to make a pot of tea, but we could have asked. If our stay had been longer a kettle in the room would have been a bonus.

Although not within walking distance of downtown Kingston, it was just a short 10 minute drive to city centre. The neighbourhood was quiet and when our entry code didn’t work on arrival, there was someone to assist us. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was also very nice to have a private bathroom. For the price, it was an excellent deal and we would definitely return.

* Room was a bit hot, I could have used an air conditioner or at least a fan (owner however quickly came over to fix the thermostat, upon my complaint about it). * Coffee-maker should be changed, wasn't able to make myself a decent cup my whole time there. * Access code given upon reserving didn't work, but owner quickly gave me a new one, upon calling him about it. * Outside light by the doorstep should be motion-activated, and not to be manually turned on or off. Had to use my phone flashlight to enter digits onto that black keypad... * No drinking cups (but glasses, yes) or box of tissues. * TV should at least have basic cable. Couldn't watch local channels, only YouTube videos off streaming.

Overall cleanliness and disposition of the suite. No noisy neighbors or guests in other rooms. Parking spot right by the door.

On the second night, the tenant from the basement knocked to our door and asked us to move the car from the driveway onto the street as we had taken HIS spot. The street parking is free, however it would have been nice to be told in advance that we were not supposed to park on HIS side of the driveway. This unpleasant interaction might prevent us from coming back.

The TV was not set to use the router (internet) so we had to enter our own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts and then figure out how to log the TV out. When you book a place you do not expect to log in your own TV services. It was not a big deal. (Just unexpected).

The property was nice. When we first booked we were not fully aware it was a shared location. (Site accurately describes but we were not fully reading). The price was an excellent bargain and I would stray again.

For all the TV services you needed your own account details, for example, you needed your Netflix pin to watch Netflix. Who remembers that kind of thing when travelling?

The location was ideal for the two bike rides we had planned. It was easy to get in and out of the accommodation. The fact that we could use the garage to store our bicycles was a definite bonus. Kitchen facilities were available if needed.

The Main Suite is located next to the kitchen. Noise from kitchen till midnight and again starting at 5 am. V interrupted sleep. Also without a car, the location isn't convenient to shops. Lastly I was surprised the owners didn't live in this house so as a single woman traveller I would have preferred that security.

The coffee machine was a complete mystery. It's like a Keurig but with a reusable pack. But how to use it? I would have preferred the temperature of the room to be cooler -- thermostat in the hall was set at 23. I like 19 or 20 at night. The bedside lamp was an incandescent -- way too hot. Maybe a fan to move the air. Check in was a bit awkward. And the keypad on the door for entry was not lit. So, when it's dark outside, it's hard to see the numbers.

Good bed, quiet, everything was there that we had hoped for; fridge with freezer, microwave. There was a kitchen to use, living room to sit in. The price was fine, and the location suited us very well. I mentioned it already, but the place was quiet, and the bed was great.
