I did have to move rooms as I was facing the main street which was incredibly noisy all night with traffic. However, moving rooms was no trouble at all and the staff were very obliging.

Perfect location right next to Union station and near main attractions. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Being from the UK, I was pleased to see a kettle in the room!

There was a panel to select the lighting that was producing light during the night. I suggest adding a cover for it. But it's just a detail!

I was a little surprised that the shower was not fully private with two sides being cover with shades that could be opened. That being said, make sure you're comfortable with whoever you are lodging with.

Fantastic location. Next to scotiabank arena. Minutes walk from union station, Rogers and CN Tower. Very comfortable spacious rooms. Staff are warm and welcoming. Well stocked Gym. Highly recommend.

The breakfast wasn’t really worth the price, but I wasn’t feeling up to venturing out, so it was worth the convenience. The croissant is quite nice and the staff were lovely and attentive. That said, for $30 per person you’d expect something a bit more elevated than your typical hotel breakfast fare. If you don’t find yourself feeling under the weather like myself, I’d say venture out for breakfast. Evivva is within walking distance and quite nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Germain as it was ideally located to get to the venues we had booked, the staff were absolutely amazing, the common areas and room were pristine and comfortably appointed, and the valet was quite efficient. We loved the automated blackout blinds in the room, which made sleeping in so easy. We can’t say enough nice things about this hotel.

When we checked out, the staff had said she would add our car to the list for valet to bring it, after an hour and a half my husband spoke with the guy doing the valet and he wasn't even aware we wanted our car. I wasted almost 2 hours sitting there in the lobby waiting for my car that was apparently not coming. Disappointed for the amount of money spent at the hotel + parking.

We could hear people coming up and down the hallway all night. The bathroom door is designed to not fully close.

Staff were all extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! Everyone was so nice! The location to the arena was wonderful. The room was very clean but had a strange smell, it very well may have been from the person that stayed in the room prior to our arrival.

I was upgraded because I am a frequent visitor. The facilities were excellent. Sounds from the arena were present in the room until late at night however.
