Front staff at check in were not really friendly. Felt like we were interrupting their day when we got here. Older hotel and some things are in need of an upgrade. Rooms were loud could hear lots of traffic and everything happening in the hallways.

Great location. Nice size of rooms. Breakfast simple but good. Pool good size for little ones. Clean and worked for what we needed. Beds comfortable.

Breakfast. There were a lot of people and no seats, so I had to take it back to the room with my kids and lover. As a result, after eating down the restaurant is not many people. Hey, I can't help it.

Overall very satisfied with the bar, breakfast is very simple Canadian style breakfast, is the bread milk eggs, service attitude is also very good, the facilities are slightly older, but not very new. The price was just right I guess. The room was a little smaller than I would have liked.

The bathrooms near the lobby were locked. I needed the washroom badly but had to rush to check-in to get key card to use washroom.

The 1 male staff member at the desk was a bit too opinionated in a negative sort of way. Our blankets had a bit of a stagment smell ( that not dried all the way smell).

The pool was super warm and a lot of fun! The breakfast was just the right amount, and the beds were comfy. The lady in the morning was super sweet. We ran out of shampoo, and the cleaning ladies were right on it to help us out. There was no wait time

The air conditioner in our room was broken and leaking. Also one of the lifts was very scary and actually stopped at one point.

The breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. The pool looked great but it didn't open until 9 so we didn't get to use it. Our room was spacious and clean and there was lots of parking.

The staff at the reception who gave us the key cards for 4 rooms. He gave us one keycard for each room and all didn’t work. My bro in law had to head back down to the reception for it to get activated, we had to wait up in the hallway with tired kids and full load of bags. Maybe he is a new worker.

The lady who was helping at the breakfast buffet was very helpful.

The staff was incredible, so helpful, quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast was also very good, and so convenient that it is open early for us sports families that have to be up and out of the hotel very early.

We expected a two room suite for 4 people but very disappointed it was a twin double bed in a room. Perhaps it's not your hotel fault. It is the booking.com problem
