A very clean hotel in the center of Kingston! Our room had great a view of the lake! The breakfast and the parking are totally a plus.

I only liked the comfort and cleanliness of my room as well as the central location of this hotel.

I found their "customer service" mindset to be quite disgusting: 1. No one shows any smiling face at the front desk. 2. Instead of offering hot breakfast, they offer breakfast boxes although they do have a space for that. 3. They lock the "breakfast area" as if it were a "top secret" place without considering where the guests can hang out. 4. The general manager asks for 20 cents per print due to their "policies" without considering how much they charge per night. Overall, saying "no" to the guests' requests is their policy!!! Therefore, I do NOT RECOMMEND!

The views and how close it is to all the sites.

The breakfast was served in a box and was inadequate.

Location is excellent. Breakfast box is ingenious and delicious. Pool was clean and relaxing.

    Room bathroom needs a renovation.

Location was great, breakfast was ok, it was a complete breakfast but it was better if they provided milk for the kids or it was even better if they provided plates or cutlery. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful.

AC In the room was so noisy. It is necessary to have shower in the pool area.

Ideal location right in the middle of town and beside the Thousand Island Boat tour. Room was a good size and had a lovely view.

    Pool was a little small.

The location was amazing. The view was spectacular. The room was very clean and tidy.

The hot water for the shower didn't work very well. I couldn't increase the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't figure it out (that might be me being confused). The pillows were insanely thick and my neck was jacked up to a 90 degree angle, but I am used to a flatter pillow.

    Location is excellent

Not too keen on the breakfast package that is boxed up for you - there wasn’t much that we liked. A buffet style of breakfast would be much better.

It was in a great location

The breakfast was in a box, 2 hard boiled eggs which you can’t get the shell off a bran muffin orange juice a vanilla yogurt you didn’t even get the chose what you wanted. It was terrible we had to go out and get breakfast. Definitely not worth what we paid which was 600 for 2 nights and still had to pay 40 dollars to park

Loved how close it was to everything and the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The outdoor pool was wonderful during the heat wave.

Good location. Staff were responsive to issues, but could not change hotel infrastructure.

Bathroom was not clean. Beds were not comfortable. Poor accessibility for those with poor mobility - elevator did not go to second parking level, only stair free access from first parking level. No ramp to main entrance.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location at beach front was excellent.

Rooms and hotel need a makeover. Bathrooms and furniture looks like it was from the eighties. No restaurant but a packaged breakfast was provided which was ok but a buffet style would be better.

    Proximity to downtown Kingston.

Wish they had a warm breakfast instead of a boxed one.
