Compared to other hotels in the same price range in Canada the service and staff was very polite, helpfully and friendly. So you feel yourself like a welcome customer, not a walking dollar banknote. I hope other users can understand my english. I just try this to make my review more international. -the room was modern, clean, with a kitchen and a big refrigerator (even with ice - perfect for the summer time) -staff was very helpfully - extending the stay was even possible for the same room. The hotelier tried his best to help us here -they dont got a gym, but have a coop. with a neighbour hotel to use their gym for free the gym quality was, compared to other hotels, the worst (not much equipment). To make this stay a 10/10 rating, they should have one with a bit more stuff. But thats my personal opinion. If you dont need, it would be a 10/10 -Wi-Fi is also good -in total, its just good things to say! A remarkable stay

CanadaMy only suggestions are that they put hooks inside the smaller bedrooms that don't have a closet and that they use larger garbage bags for the kitcehn and bathrooms. Also, just a heads up if booking with Booking.com, be sure to read the room details thoroughly. They use the same name for suites that are not identical. For example, I booked two executive suites; one had 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while the other one had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I didn't realize this until I saw the rooms in-person.
This place is amazing! So clean, spacious and beautiful! I will definitely book here again. So convenient for any length of stay, especially long ones. You can cook your own meals, too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance from Clifton Hills and main attractions in Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay at Cannery Lofts.

GermanyThis is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms that we booked (family suite, and king suite) were incredibly clean, modern and well decorated. Both were very spacious and comfortably housed our party of 7 between the two rooms. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind in making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While we were only here for one night, the suites are well set up for a longer stay. Would highly recommend!

CanadaQueen bed seemed smaller then normal.. I own a queen bed and mine seems bigger. Also, it would be nice to have some storage or dresser for clothing where bed is.
Room was big and spacious, very clean, had lots of extras in the kitchenette (even though we didn’t use any utensils, pots/pans, dish rack, soap/sponge, etc) but it was a very nice touch. Made it feel like home!
