Comfortable, clean, updated somewhat, friendly front desk.

It’s not as nice as The Coast which comes with breakfast, but for the money it’s a great value. I highly recommend it if you are a budget traveller.

Great location. Easy walk to all the amenities.

It was quiet. Location was good. Pretty clean. Basic but comfortable and felt safe. Pool was enjoyed. Beds were comfy. We all slept great. And self check in was honestly nice.

I found dark long hair on the bed and in bathroom... under the stairs was honestly kind of gross with all the visible garbage and boxes. I also wished the designated smoking area was farther away from the stairs because you walk through a huge smoke cloud coming down and my kiddos have asthma.

Staff is very friendly and the motel has a great location, and the room was nice. It is very easy to get there with their SMS system.

Some wall switches were not working and neither did the lamps in the room, plus the room smelled like propane which was very strange. Overall our experience was good.

It was a basic motel and our room needed a thorough clean. Big stain on the carpet just inside the door. Have no idea what it was but I didn’t like walking on the carpet in bare feet. The baseboards in the bathroom were dirty, and the bath mat was dirty . It may have been washed but had dirt stains on it as did one of the bath towels. The bed was way too soft and sagging and the bottom sheet wasn’t fitted and was too small for the bed. The printed guide for TV channels had a food stain on one of the pages.

Needs a deep clean.

The kitchen area,was fine, good size fridge. That area was clean. Staff at check-in was nice.

The place is old ,worn and dated. There was still hair from the last person on the bathroom floor and the floors in general were dirty. The kitchen table is not usable as it is stuffed in a corner. The chairs we pulled out had big stains and broken. Had to put a towel down to sit on. The beds were soft and old and the decor was very dated.

Friendly owners. Nice, clean, large room with separate bedroom. Kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplate. Free wifi. Television. Reminded me of an apartment.

Decor was sparse. Should take advantage of local fruit and winery business and perhaps frame pics/drawings of fruit, wine, local scenery to give more local charm. Use of lobby could include sitting areas for guests to hang out and mingle. Maybe some board games. (I'm into board games.) Again with decor and highlighting local charm and hotspots.

This room was great. Really clean and comfortable. They offer a contactless check-in/check-out process which is super convenient. Air conditioner worked awesome and the pool they have is also awesome! I would stay here again for sure. It’s only like 20 minutes from Osoyoos and way cheaper than the options there.
