There was no privacy in the room cause the shower was right by the bed without any privacy in between..we didnt like that part..the picture of the room i booked had separate bathroom but when we got there they gave us a room with no private bathroom..probably somebody refused it and they gave it to us..we didnt like that part

Reception closed at 11pm. Missing 1 pillow : 5 for 6 people and no reception when we realized. Drinks vending only working with coins. Breakfast staff not super nice.

Our room was a little small but we knew this would be the case before we booked based on other reviews. We had the standard queen.

Location! Location! Location! This the center of all routes - from Petit Champlain, Rue St Jean, Rue St Louis. The facilities are exceptionally clean and staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the common area lounge on the bottom floor for breakfast and just hanging out when we had an exceptionally rainy evening. (The hotel has umbrellas you can check out if you do want to walk in the rain!). The room had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and this area was also clean. The Terrace was beautiful with lots of different types of seating (lounges, tables and chairs) and was quiet and had a great view. We were able to store our luggage while we did a final short tour before our flights on our departure date for a late flight. All in all we would definitely book this hotel again.

Based on 5 nights at the Manioc. Room towels felt dated. Room cleaning was average. Toilet was clogged on the day we arrived. Sink slow to drain The room floor boards and cushions need improvement. We felt the attention to details was just ok.

Our room was right in front of the elevators. It lacked the character of the pictures. It was very comfortable and clean though. The stoop in the front is a booger with luggage. There is a back entrance but you don't know that until you've already been dropped off. The breakfast did not open on time and we had to find another option because we had to catch a bus.

Location! It was great! They were willing to store our luggage until check-in while we walked around. The rooftop terrace had spectacular views and we could hear the music festival.

We were right by the harbor, had a view of the Frontenac, great walking to all the old town area. The area felt very safe and the facility was super clean and had a lovely little rooftop terrace.

Excellent location, 2 mins from the river view & Chateau Frontenac & shops, restaurants & petit Champlain area. Really clean, room was spotless. We had a family room with pull-down bed which was really comfy. Parking 5 mins walk - you pay at hotel reception & they give you a card to use in the parking machine.

A bit noisy and no limited luggage storage which is problematic when no room access till after 4,00 pm. If you have luggage you need to access the back entrance as front steps very steep

Location, Location, Location. This hotel is close to great cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is available if you prefer to eat at the hotel. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up including the murphy bed. The staff is great, we arrived very late in the night and there was someone waiting for us. The view from our room of the park across the street and the Saint Laurence River was amazing. There is a rooftop with nice views. This hotel added to the wonderful vacation we had in Quebec City and we will be back.

Fantastic location next to Frontenac. Good facilities, good range breakfast for the price ($15 at the time, had a few hot options, yoghurt, fruit, cold things). Nice little rooftop. Free shared Coffee machine downstairs can make a latte!

I really loved the park and river view across from the main entrance. A quiet surrounding felt so peaceful. It was a beautiful hotel, a nice room and bathroom. My family loved it so much!!
