Due to our dietary, we were hoping to have at least a kettle, a toaster and/or a microwave in the room. We do understand the small town definitely depending alot on their local restaurant.

The location is within the town of Waterton itself, walking distance to various famous places. Getting a lakeview room totally live up the expectation. You have so much time to spend from sunrise to sunset and enjoying their magnificent view from the balcony.

Room service was 'upon request', which I learned only when I inquired late on the second day. But they promptly replaced our towels at my request.

'Breakfast' was 10% off at the restaurant nearby. We just needed something light and quick, so didn't go there.

The hotel is very expensive for what it is but there is very limited hotel accomodation in Waterton.

The location of this property cannot be faulted - the view from our balcony window, of the lake & mountains, was outstanding. The property itself was easy to find & had adequate parking. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the food but the setting of the restaurant was very nice.

Pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and not very thick. It would have been nice to check in a bit earlier too as checkout is ultimately at 11:00am the next day so for a 1 night stay, it's actually a very short amount of time you have the room.

Lovely location, and very nice to get a discount by being a guest. The quality and taste of breakfast was great, and having the view of the lake made it more memorable.

Beds were a bit too comfy (soft mattress), water in the shower could have been a bit warmer. No watercooker

The beds were good but a little on the soft side for my liking. The restaurant was okay but overpriced for the quality of the food being served.

Excellent location with superior proximity to the lake and village. The room was clean and had a nice mountain view. It had a balcony and lots of windows.

- View to the garage. When I wanted to upgrade to bay or marina view the price was very high. I avoided to do the upgrade when I realized that the view from the up graded room will be the walkway and not to the bay / Marina - Accessibility is very poor.

It was very expensive for a typical, ordinary motel-style room. The outdoor deck/balcony was very small, in need of paint, with only a very limited view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was motel "meh"; shower only, with tub removed. Power outlets were all very loose. The ones that still worked were not conveniently located. The room seemed to be priced based on its location within a stunning national park and a short tourist season. It was enjoyable, but we were expecting a much more notable room, considering the price!

The location was excellent. The Lakeside Chophouse Restaurant was also very good, though service was on the slow side.

We have no complaints

Jeremy, the manager of the Inn, offers excellent customer service. We arrived early and he got us a parking pass so we could leave our vehicles at the Inn and your Waterton until check in time. Jeremy also upgraded our room to include the view of the lake and arranged our dinner reservation. He was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, adding to a wonderful trip. The Spa was also excellent.

The location is perfect and the rooms are nice. I didn't like the pillows but everything else was great. I feel like it was too expensive for the time of year.

The plugins were in awkward places, the walls were paper thin. Rooms were a little small. We could not reach the vault.
