Everyone there was quite friendly and ready to help. I loved having bikes I could any moment anywhere (because there is nothing around at walking distance). There were also kayaks available but we end up not using them.

Nice and quiet space. Beach was maintained nicely, and the staff was very helpful. I'm glad we stayed not down in town. Food was available north and south via car or bike.

The bathroom needed cleaning which was a big turn off for me.

Property was very nice. Its right by the beach and the view from the room was lovely. Room was spacious and the amenities were adequate. Close enough to the town (15 min drive). It was quiet and peaceful and there was security at night.

The patio chair coverings need washing, and they are removable. Kitchen supplies could be more organized, and they need more variety of pots and pans. Larger frying pans with lids. Add creamer to complimentary coffee supplies. Add ash trays.

The beach!!! The clear blue water. The large veranda with the views of the beach front. The quietness, peacefulness, and the seclusion. The staff was very accommodating and answered all of our concerns. Three bedroom apartment was nice.

There was a picnic table outside the apartment for us to use, but there really needs to be some comfortable seating besides that. You can only sit at a picnic table for so long, a couple of chairs outside the studio would have been really nice.

Basically having a nice private beach to relax and unwind was a unexpected surprise. There were always workers around maintaining the property, everyone was very friendly. Apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay.

Nicer pads for the chairs by the sea would be appreciated. A few more lights around the property in the back would be appreciated when coming back from dinner at night.

The location is excellent. Not too far away from Placencia proper or Maya Beach. Hanging out on the porch is simply delightful. With 3 bedrooms/3 baths, all three members of our party were able to enjoy comfort and privacy. Perfect for a ladies' getaway. The beach area is perfect. Not too grassy at the sea bottom, but I would suggest bringing floats as our group did.

Beautiful 3 bedroom , 3 bath second floor apartment with a stunning view of the beach. Great access to beach for swimming or snorkeling. Everyday housekeeping kept bath items stocked. We really enjoyed the patio for visiting and playing cards. Management very responsive

The only suggestion I would make is that the kitchen should have been equipped with a few essentials like salt & pepper, oil, sugar, spices, a little coffee, and that sort of thing. It was completely bare and since we did not have a car, it was not easy to get to a store to get these things.

The location was gorgeous. The pictures of the beach that were shown on the listing didn't capture the beauty. The accommodations were spacious and more than adequate. We especially appreciated the rooftop deck and the nice long porch with comfortable seating.

Call in advance for golf cart rentals.

It was very nice to have a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. Cable was a real bonus! 5 gal of water is provided. Hot water and great water pressure in the shower. It is a taxi ride to the pier. $25 bz. Flying pig restaurant and beer tasting/restaurant are within walking distance.

The location was so perfect. Close to everything that you want to go such as activities and eating out. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They always take care of their customers'needs. I will definitely come back to this place..
