Great sea view, excellent host, close to everything

The kitchen was a bit small for a weeks stay

Lovely property with plenty of palm trees and a great location! The staff, in particular, Emmanuel, was fantastic!

The furniture is dated and could use a refresh. The dresser drawers are a bit off the tracks but you got used how to work them. The living area furniture could be more comfortable. This said, the overall property is one I would come back to despite this!

The location was perfect. Direct access to the ocean, easy walks into town for meals, a quiet location to enjoy the beauty of the view. We really enjoyed our stay. With direct access to the pier where our fishing guide could pick us up and drop us off was perfect.

You can't control the weather. We had a lot of wind and pop up storms during our stay. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the location.

The location was perfect for quickly getting around town to different restaurants. Also very quiet, safe, clean, and well-equipped!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, place was clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and beach access. Great location for walking to restaurants, bars and shops.

Everything was great

Pleasant and airy 2bd condo, tidy spaces and well maintained grounds.

The sheets were not changed over a 6 night stay. The beds were made every other day, which was awesome, but the sand accumulated over time.

location was good, nice view of the ocean. AC was good. pool was great. Free transfer to and from ferry or airport. Manager was very attentive when help was needed. Close to many dive shops.

A little pricey for Central America but Belize is. I had no hot water in the kitchen- the manager tried to fix it but unsuccessful (I did not let him know that as it was not a big deal and did not really want plumbers in again - I just boiled water in the kettle)

Amazing location and beautiful villas. We had the most amazing time here. Check in was easy, and they set up a pick up from the ferry port. The rooms were clean with great air conditioning. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Would still recommend getting a gold cart to drive around further though.

I would recommend contacting the staff through Whats App rather than booking. It results in much faster communication.

Location was ideal. Could walk everywhere and right on the water. Many restaurant and bar choices available.

Lovely gardens and small pool area. Property was smaller so not very crowded.

The WiFi went out most of the stay

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Villas. Manuel and Juan went above and beyond in responding to any questions, whether it was helping with ferries, recommending food, or helping us get a golf cart. The condo was perfectly cozy and allowed for everything we needed as a family of 4, and the location was so convenient. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Emanuel was very professional and always willing to go above and beyond to provide assistance!!!! The property was walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores!

I was looking for a beach nearby but it was about 45 mins drive to secrets beach.

Character, location, cleanliness, prompt service before arrival and during stay. Would definitely stay again here. Other properties in the neighborhood lacked character.

Everything was perfect.

We found it to be the perfect home-away-from-home for our time in San Pedro. It’s comfortable and quiet, which is surprising considering it’s so close to bustling San Pedro. We appreciated the location; easy walking and/or golf cart distance to many fun things to do. It’s so close to Palapas Bar, which we loved. Emanuel provided excellent help and hospitality during our stay.

Location was great for exploring the town of San Pedro and beachside eateries, bars, and excursion companies. I was pleased that the sheets and bed were comfortable.

The unit is more outdated than appeared in the photos. It was adequate, everything worked, and the kitchen was handy. We spent little time in the room anyway. We had a problem communicating with the one number we were given for contact when it came to arranging our return transport to airport. Reached out to him day prior to our departure to confirm taxi pick up time with no response by him or the main number. Had to walk to the office at departure time to make contact!! Get a reliable back up contact for emergencies as we were only given one number and he was not working the day we needed him. No response from main number!

Manuel was super kind. All staff super kind, and always had a smile on their face. Cleanliness top notch. Felt safe.

The wind :(

From the moment we arrived it was perfect. Our flight arrived early and Emanuel quickly got Lelo, our cab driver to come and get us. Lelo pointed out places of interest on our way to the resort where we were met by Emanuel. He took us to our rooms and helped with luggage. Emanuel was always quick to complete any request. Our maid (Mirela?) I’m sorry I’ve forgotten -kept the room neat and tidy. She was very conscientious about not interrupting us while we were in. The pool was great, a nice compliment to the beach. The location was perfect for us. Not too close to the busy city, but within walking distance to nearly everything. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience.

The property and the location are amazing: in town and on the beach. And the staff are amazing! The space is a bit dated and there were empty liquor bottles left on the top of cabinets, perhaps as decoration? But it did give the place a bit of a college dorm feel.
