Lots of tile, so the hallway echoes when people come in late. They do have a large rug on order to fix this issue.

The remotes of the fan/lights are the same for all the rooms so the next door room can switch the lights in your room, happened to us twice in the middle of the night

Property was great! To get to iguana sanctuary or the maya ruins from the hotel is a tough uphill walk in the heat so recommend to take a car!

Nice hotel within walking distance of san ignacio town center. Walkable to bars, restaurant, supermarket, market, river. Lovely welcome with welcome drink. Amazing AC!! Nice amenities. Cooled water outside room. Shower was good also.

Location, staff and facilities were great, loved listening to the birds while sitting on our patio in the morning. Coffee place downstairs had a good coffee selection and breakfast items.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The team were so friendly and always on hand to help. Managed to check-in early which was great after travelling from Flores. Everything you need is on the doorstep- great location.

Love the convenient filtered water dispenser. Cuts down on plastic bottle waste and saves time not having to go to the store to lug bottled water back to the room. Spacious room and adequate store space.

Loved it. Center of town. Delightful staff. Well priced drinks. Super new and clean. No pool or restaurant but the coffee shop downstairs has great pastries and snacks and makes delicious breakfast sandwiches on certain days. We left every morning early to go on a tour so no pool needed for us. So glad we found this place.

Nothing! This was a great hotel and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was great--in downtown San Ignacio and perched on the hill on the second level with a generous balcony sitting next to a bar. I met Belizians the first night there who just happened to be enjoying a drink at the bar, so it's a nice, newer spot in town. The staff--both Carroll and Gilda were really nice and helpful. The beds are super comfortable, and the AC works beautifully. They have a purified water filter in the hallway. The price was very reasonable in comparison to hotels a block down on Burns, which are older and not nearly as nice as this. Though there is no breakfast offered here, they partner with a local bakery and the owners own and operate (I believe this to be true, not 100% sure) the Daily Grind coffee shop just downstairs. The servers got to know me--try a shake for breakfast as the days are warm! Again, I saw local residents in here every day--it's not just a tourist spot.

The hotel is in a great central location convenient for several restaurants. Very good reception on arrival. Rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. Everything about the room oozes quality with premium furniture, comfortable bed, good quality toiletries, large tv with streaming facilities. Room is well equipped with air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, coffee machine and safe; there is filtered water available 24 hours a day. The hotel does not provide breakfast but there are several good options within five minutes’ walk. There is a bar area with seating for relaxing in the evening. Easy parking available at the front of the hotel. This was one of the best accommodations of our Central America trip.
