The property was close to the downtown area.The staff was super nice and accommodating.

The place is outdated. The furniture is rickety and does not have the modern look and feel. Could not swim by the property bc of the sargassum.

The property was well-kept and very clean. The accommodations we had were excellent! It was perfect for our family and everyone was very comfortable. The a/c worked very well for the heat and humidity. The staff was amazing! They made our trip more enjoyable because we knew we could go to the office for help with activities, carts, and dinner reservations. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing vacation! Thank you so much.

Super well maintained and staffed, beautiful grounds and in a great location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We cannot wait to come back!

No restaurant on site but there is a restaurant next door.

The location was excellent! The property is close to restaurants, shops, and the water taxi. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The pool was amazing! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! It was also nice to have a little kitchen so you don’t have to pay for every meal at a restaurant.

Our only complaint were the flood lights on the beach side at night are extremely bright, so we couldn’t star gaze from our balcony because of the light pollution. We actually unscrewed the bulbs one night to get some reprieve from the bright light, but the security guard screwed them back in. We are night owls, so if you go to bed early, or have a higher floor room, you probably won’t even notice the flood lights.

Ocean Front Ground floor unit was perfect for a week stay to Dive, SNorkel and Explore Belize. Many great restaurants within walking distance down the beach either direction. Super convenient to be next-door to Ramone's dive center, to book excursions and diving and fishing adventures. Are two bedroom one and a half bath with full kitchen, living room was three times the size of a room at Ramone's resort next door.

The location was excellent, very convenient to town, the water and the reef. The pool area was a lovely oasis. Our balcony was huge, with great ocean views and a hammock.

The ocean front location was amazing

The busy road outside. Very difficult to cross the road with so many golf carts whizzing by . The air was polluted with so many fuel driven golf carts going at speed.

The location was good. Close to the airport and the ferry terminal. It was on the beach walk making easy access to restaurants and booking for activities. Our suite faced the water so we had a lovely view and enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee.

The property was very dated and the suite, although likely clean looked dirty.

Nice location oceanfront. Staff was incredible, always helpful and friendly.

The location was great, there was no breakfast. I think breakfast and coffee or donuts would be good.

For some reason mosquitos were in our room when we got their. They just never left, I think the room should be sprayed before some stay there.

Really helpful staff. Also, appreciated 24 hour security. Views were amazing.

Nothing the property can do about it but this is right in the heart of town so a little busier than we usually stay in.

A bit dated and couple broken items need to be fixed.

Location was great and the staff picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (even though we were like a block away). They arranged our golf cart rental too and it was waiting for us at the hotel.

The beds were wooden and a bit rickety. Made a lot of noise when moving or turning. The airport was literally across the street but flights stopped at around 9 or something and resumed in the morning. Earplugs are a good thing to have when sleeping.

Location was next door to a great swimming beach and pier and walkable to restaurants and shops. The property was meticulously maintained by helpful, friendly staff. Rooms were large with covered outdoor decks and directly on the water.

Bed was extra firm.

Pool is a little small, but very clean and nice.
