The beds were thin and hard.

The cabins are super cute and private with A/C and mini fridge. The swimming area has three big fun pools with water features. The dinner and drinks at the restaurant were amazing, curry chicken, sprimp Alfredo, cheeseburger, house made mozzarella sticks, fry jack, and delicious coconut mojitos. Our server/bartender both nights was great.

Only possible issue is that its a little out of town however it is easy to flag down a local 'taxi', good to be able to chat to the local driver who are always interesting and knowledgeable.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great food and pool area. Lovely laid back vibe, friendly dog who would happily follow you around. A/C was great in our room. It's worth going to the local Mayn ruins, very quiet and impressive if you aren't going to another site in Belize. Cave tubing was great too.

They really need new mattresses! If they changed that - plus added more shelves in the bathroom to set items, they could be more competitive with other hotels.

We got there at 2 pm abd went to the pool. It was full of people . It looked dirty . And the water stank. Definitely not enough chlorine for the heavy usage

The rooms could use a little upgrade in the bathroom and the beds were not very comfortable, they made noise when you move around on them too much. The property is very beautiful but some daily clean up of the trash around the public areas and walkways could be done. Wasn't overwhelming amount of trash but it was noticeable. Which was probably from guests but maintenance would have to be attentive to picking up or perhaps have some garage bins around the property.

The pool area was beautiful, the food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was very courteous. The property is beautiful, love all the greenery and vegetation. Loved feeling in nature, waking up to birds chirping. Everything was easily accessible and loved the water refill stations throughout the property.

Pool was not warm enough - it would have been nice to have had a hot tub/jacuzzi. Also, the roads in San Ignacio area were not good - mainly gravel. I hope they fix the roads to Guatemala border.

Nice property - quiet and relaxing. Staff was available for all requests and took care of them. Amenities in room worked nicely.

Beds were uncomfortable. Hot water in the shower was hit and miss. If you want to go to town you'll need to drive. One tiny bar of soap to last our entire stay and it was all but disintegrated at the end. They didn't replace the water bottles in the room every day, we had to go ask.

The cabins are a cute, unique form of accommodation in a remote location that feels jungley. AC worked well. Staff were friendly. Food at the restaurant was good. Wifi was strong.

Service can be slow at times and the pool is a popular place for visitors (non-hotel guests), lots of kids, though we were there around the holidays. I was informed they often host large parties, so sometimes the restaurant and pool are unavailable during these private events. This was the case on the night of our arrival and we had planned to eat dinner there. I was a little frustrated that we had not been given a heads up, but the manager helped us out and we were able to get a taxi in to town for a meal. There was music blasting loudly until around 12pm though. If you stay it might be worth asking if an event is happening?

Jenny at reception was very helpful! We booked this place traveling on a budget, I thought it was fair for the price. The rooms had the essentials, nothing fancy. The beds were not great but okay. The water was warm and there was a mini fridge. I noticed only some rooms had a microwave.

The restaurant staff was extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes for a meal and then when the meal came, it was the wrong order. And we had to wait another half hour for the correct meal to arrive.

I did come when they had a big party, which meant at the end it took two hours to get my dinner. This was my first night in Belize so I assumed it was an issue only with a hotel. But everywhere else I’ve traveled in Belize waiting a while for your food seems to be a common practice.

The staff was very friendly - the rooms were sparse but clean. It did have a TV and I was able to log into my Netflix account and watch shows at night. The pool was decent, but it rained when I was there so I wasn’t able to use it that much.

The surroundings were very, very good. I like the pool, it was nice and also the food inside the hotel was great. Also, the staff were really nice with everybody. It was really clean the place so for the value that we paid and what we got I would say it was fair enough
