United Statesbesides no elevator or pool, (which is in the works), we like being able to sit outside and enjoy the view. there really wasn't a place to do that.
It was a last minute decision to book the trip and was glad there was a place to stay. both of us have health issues, so we did not walk very much, we rented a golf cart.

United StatesThere was no breakfast :( and I was really looking forward to it because of the reviews. They were a bit rude about it too since I was sure it was included in my booking. Instead of advising they were not offering it at the time and accommodating me in some other way, they just kept saying “breakfast isn’t included in your booking, it would say if it was right here (pointing to the printout of my reservation” I literally had to show them the booking app and ask them “where is the option to include breakfast if that’s an extra step because I don’t see it?” Only then did they say they just don’t have it right now. Also the lock on my door was broken and I noticed an empty toilet paper roll in the shower? Assuming it was just left by mistake but things like this make you question cleanliness.
The location was very close to the ferry and the bed was comfortable. It’s also positioned pretty much in the middle of the island so it is a very convenient walk in either direction.

One review noted that the front desk staff were unfriendly, and I hate to demand that women smile all the time like that guy did but I could do without outward hostility; it is, after all, the hospitality industry. I understand that.there are a lot of rowdy drunk people on the island and that the hotel policies are responsive to that, and I understand that they check the room before you leave when you check out. That said, we popped out to check our big bags at the ferry and to have a quick breakfast, and when we came back there was a housekeeper poking around the room (with our personal items still in there) asking for the key. It was before 9am and we’d not checked out. They must understand how the ferries work? And they explained the checkout procedures and took a deposit, so we wouldn’t have left without returning the key and checking out. It was unnerving and unnecessary.
The location can’t be beat—it’s just a block from a couple of ferry docks and a short walk to various cafes and restaurants . The room was spacious and clean and the shower was decent.

United StatesI didn’t like having to wait for staff to check the room after we were checking out to make sure whether i can receive my deposit back. The lobby space is really small. There was only one water given to each room when there were four guest in the room. We asled if we could have more annd we were told no. Also, there was no where to purchase any in the hotel. Also, was only given two towels. I didn’t even bother to ask for two more.
I like that the room was clean.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is very conveniently located at the heart of Caulker, close to the ferry terminal. Rooms are large, comfortable, and clean, with all facilities you need. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe and was nice.

Location was very convenient near the Ferry Dock. Room was spacious and clean. It was right in the midst of things, a short walk from bars, restaurants, grocery stores, many dive shops.

CanadaNo pool! The brand new hotel is very incomplete without a pool. - you get one room key card and If you lose it, they charge you $100 BZD to replace it. Which is $50 USD They tell you that the minute you check in and it's not a good way to start your stay coz you're always scared of losing it.
The location is literally right infront of the water taxi dock. The breakfast is good. Choice between pancakes, French toast, bagel or English breakfast. The hotel is new and Clean as well
