Such friendly staff and the apts was well kept

No room key. Don’t have to worry about any issues with the locks. The system is “PIN code” protected.

Everything and everyone was fantastic.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was very good.

Location was perfect - central to the city itself and also southern, northern areas. Very close to Old Belize for some recreation fun! I needed to wash my rental car before returning it the next day. I was able to use a hose to do that. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing!

Lovely clean home with two bedrooms and two baths. AC worked perfect and made for a good night sleep. Good location to base exploring in Belize City but far enough away from all the noise and crowd. Lovely owners who helped us check in even though we arrived late. Then served a lovely breakfast in the mornimg.

The Apartments were Spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Gated community and Offers complimentary breakfast.

Size of the apartment

Location : too far from city on a noisy highway. Bathroom dirty and old miserable accessories View over the sea BUT first over rubbish dump, not even dared to walk through to reach the water

Very friendly and accommodating host. Clean room. Adequate for my one night stay. Lloyd is great, he provides a shuttle to get to the supermarket and ATM which is great given the location of the property. It's a gated property and seemed secure. The accommodation is clean and is value for money.

I showed up to the property earlier than check-in. Right away the host was able to get my belongings and everything settled. Show me the city. Upon our return my room was ready to go. The code for my room was ready and I had a nice and easy time getting settled in.

There was nothing that I didn’t absolutely LOVE about this location. The only thing I didn’t like is that I don’t live there permanently.

Privacy, Space, Clean.

No complaints. Everything was fine. Well, maybe bathroom mirror lighting could have been better.

Convenient location from the airport if you’re spending the night in the area. Good price for 2 BR/2 Bath unit with full kitchen.

Our breakfast was never delivered which was a disappointment because we waited an extra hour for it. The unit we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and it’s a walk up. Not too much of a problem for us but if you can’t climb stairs with your luggage this isn’t the place for you.

The breakfast was nice Just what we ordered. We asked for eggs to be added as it wasn't in the option we chose, and our host did not hesitate to include it (really appreciate that). Once I am in the city again and need to stay overnight will definitely stay there. The security was also great, we were given a remote for the gate and our vehicle was secure.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was only a small hotel soap to shower with. I shared the room with my spouse, and it was barely enough for the both of us.

The staff and breakfast were amazing. Could not have asked for nicer people. So helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was the so good. I would stay here again just for the breakfast. The space was roomy. There were bottles of water in the room. It was quiet and easy to get to.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. There were a couple of things that would have been nice to have. Ac in the living area, complementary shampoo and conditioner

Loyd and his staff were very polite and accommodating.

The apartment was nice, clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was nice so we didn't have to go into the city for breakfast. I would rate my stay overall 9/10
